Service here is hit or miss. Wait to tip until you get your food. Sometimes we get our food within 20 minutes, but sometimes it can take over an hour, even on a weekday. Recently they have started calling if it's going to be a long wait, but I have had to call when I hadn't seen the food within an hour. Also, accuracy has been off a few times, and that's tough to deal with when you are trying to feed kids. They have made it up to us when it was wrong, but it still isn't very fun for whoever has to wait for their food.
Edit: I had another poor experience today. Ordered a meal and found a hair in my food. Restaurant said they couldn't do anything about crediting me for the food unless I spoke with the general manager. They took my name and number, but I'm not expecting a call back.
Also, the web order system insists you leave at least a dollar tip. I don't feel that is fair as there there is not much...

Called the store after waiting 45 minutes only to be told that their delivery driver had just returned from a previous delivery and it would be another 30 minutes before our order was delivered. We live 5 minutes away tops. Once the order arrived it was missing the chips, so I drove to your location, which only took me 4 minutes and 51 seconds(timed.) Walking into the store the first thing I noticed was all of your employees doing nothing. This hardly fits the description I was given over the phone about this being the busiest day they've had in a long time. So i gathered my already paid for chips and left. Please feel free to have management/owner contact me at their earliest convenience.

The manager, Nathan, didn’t believe me that me sandwich was basically a child size version of what I ordered… for almost $10 BUCKS. He would t refund or remake my food without photo proof it was made so light. When asked for his corporate or franchise info, he refused to provide that, and said “he personally handles these things, no need for corporate to get involved.” Hec could have given a credit order or a refund or anything and I’d have brought the sandwich back and went on with my day.
