Fast food restaurants are no longer fast they must call it something else. Something more applicable than the label fast since the food is anything but... the fact that I am picking up an online order is pretty ironic as it is supposed to solve for the problem of what would otherwise be a long waiting line in a drive through. It is an inconvenient waste of time for all involved when a food delivery drivers order for pickup Is neither ready upon arrival to be picked Up North even started Nora can you go in side the restaurant to pick up the order or have it ran out by someone in the kitchen instead they make you sit in a drive to line that seems endless and leaves you idling in a car for 45 minutes.
Making the customers wait longer making the delivery drivers wait longer nobody winds and the restaurant gets more and more backed up with each delivery driver who pulls into the drive-through and whose order isn't ready now mixed amongst the customers in the drive-through line ordering on the spot everybody waits and it's contrary to anybody involved making any decent sort of money from the work they are doing.
This is a long post but it's ridiculous when you call the restaurant whose delivery instruction state in the of to delivery app to go inside for pick up quarter should be ready at the counter when you get there and the person who answers the phone at the restaurant tells you know get in a drive-through line and wait for the next 30 to 50 minutes for an order that should be ready when the delivery driver gets their.
If I owned one of these restaurants I would be pistol but I am unable to make the amount of money I potentially could in A-day because my employees and management have no system in place to get food out fast and efficient it's like throwing money...
Read moreUpdate; ordered from DD again, came from the same location. Ordered 2 sandwiches. One was completely missing and the other one was literally just bacon wrapped in paper. At least last time, they gave me bread. Ordered breakfast today from DoorDash and this is the location it came from. Ordered a baconator breakfast combo with potatoes and iced coffee, and a sausage, egg & cheese croissant combo with an oatmeal bar and coffee. Food came pretty quickly which I was excited about, but much to my chagrin; of course something was wrong with it. My baconator arrived as literally slices of bacon on bread. I kid you not. No egg, sausage or cheese. I have enclosed a picture in this review. I immediately contacted DoorDash, who contacted the store so they could re-order for me. They did, and the order was immediately cancelled because the the store is having “technical difficulties”, (whatever that means). Since I didn’t get a replacement order, I picked the bacon off of my depressing sandwich and ate it—it was surprisingly decent; so I guess there’s that. My potatoes were halfway empty. I didn’t get my iced coffee. Looking at the receipt; (picture also included), every single item that comes on both sandwiches was marked as “no”, as if I had omitted it. DoorDash doesn’t even give the option to do that, and the way it’s listed on the receipt, I should’ve only gotten literal bread. It makes no sense. I should also say the other combo I ordered was completely fine, even though everything listed there shows as omitted on the receipt. I have never been inside of this store, but I have been in the drive-thru and only out of sheer hunger & desperation; and it has been horrifically slow everytime.

Read moreThe place was nearly empty (two other tables occupied) yet it took almost 20 minutes to get my order a single sandwich and baked potato. A woman who came before me simply got a refund and left rather than continue to wait. Every single table was dirty. When I asked at the 15 minute mark how much longer my food would be I was told they only had one sandwich maker. The kicker is that there was an employee on break in the dining area and four other employees running around the dining area and in and out of the back area horsing around with each other loudly. When I mentioned jt to the manager on duty she simply claimed they were not employees of that store. That may actually be true as some folks waiting in line knew the girl at the cash and the manager and were laughing that the cashier wearing the name tag Keirra is not Keirra while "Keirra" laighed right along with them. Which kinda sucks because "Keirra" was rude, impolite and loudly trash talking customers that were not at the counter sonif one of them did want to complain it would not fall on her shoulders but on Keirra's.
