Highland pho and grill — Restaurant in Highland Village

First impression, place is bright and inviting and music is chill modern smooth jazzy. I would just hang out there.

Came on Sat at 12pm, we were the only ones to and I was pumped! We came as a family of 4, and ordered our go-to meals:

Appetizer: 2 egg rolls...wow so fresh and stuffed. Not greasy. I like eating it with the lettuce wrapped but there was only 1 so I left it. Smoking after every bite. Me: Pho Dac Biet so much meat so much noodles. There was no size options but dang it was huge! They did not skimp. The meatballs were my fave, bouncy, and hunt of white pepper... it has got to be hommemade! I ate really slow cuz I had to feed kids so I don't know if it was me, but the bottom noodles were a little too soft. Taro drink, so good, not too sweet!! Hubs: Pho with Rare Steak and Meatballs. He loved it. Broth is pure, clean. The lime was juicy! He drank Brown sugar milk tea, not too sweet. Kids: one ate pork chop rice, I tried a piece of pork chop, oh the lemongrass sear on it was sooooo good! The other kid had chicken pho, ate all the noodles!!! Impressive!

We left SO ABSOLUTELY PHO-ULL!!! LOL 😂 We will be back, and YOU SHOULD GO RIGHT NOW!!

I was quite excited to see a Vietnamese restaurant open in the area. Flower Mound/Highland Village area is not known for having any kind of authentic flavors. I am happy to report that is not the case here!

The Pho was excellent with a great depth of flavor and tasted super fresh. We also tried the Grilled Pork Banh Mi which had great bread and fresh ingredients.

The restaurant was clean and comfortable and the service was quite friendly. Looking into the kitchen it appears to be a delightful family doing the cooking.

Please keep up the excellent work and the authentic flavors! Nothing here was too sweet or bland and I sincerely hope it stays that way....

Went here for the first time today and the place is nice and everything, but the service was awful. We were never checked up on and when talking to the waitress she walked away mid conversation multiple times and being plainly rude. I ordered chicken pho and Thai tea with boba. When I got my drink it was not displayed like the picture they had on the menu. When I asked about it she told me they didn’t even have what they advertised. Finally when waiting for our check it took a very long time and we found our waitress eating in the corner in a booth not serving us. Overall terrible experience would not even try...
