Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Flower Mound

Dutch Bros flower mound is undoubtably my favorite Dutch Bros location in DFW. I go out of my way to go specifically to this location because of how fast, friendly, and helpful the staff are.

I went in today after having a rough day, and had to shout out the team working today. Kayson was very friendly and kind, completely making my day within a three minute conversation. Ava is almost always there when I go including today and she’s always very sweet and friendly. I also got to meet Calla another incredibly friendly and sweet barista at this location. This team was awesome and very efficient! I watched them made my modified drink perfectly in like 20 seconds. I wish I could shout out all of the amazing and friendly barista’s there unfortunately I don’t know all of their names.

I started to love dutch bros, however, my feelings for them has changed due to this location since I had a very unpleasant experience with the staff. My friend’s and I’s orders were missing ingredients, even though I had asked to make sure at the window that the ingredients and correct milk was used. When I drove back through the drive-thru to let them know that it was made wrong, they took back the drink. The girl employee at the window had an attitude problem when she noticed me again, handed me the remade drink that still did not have the right milk and made a snarky comment. I was upset, but i did not want to escalate the issue further so I drove off. I suggest that customer service needs adjustments. My wife and I come to this coffee shop everyday, we started coming because of the vibe and the workers take their time to actually talk us and we love to get to know them personally! One of the literal BEST baristas yall have you fired because of some petty stuff, I don’t know the details but I know the new manager that was involved is jealous because she ran the stand better than the manager is capable of doing, matter of fact ANY OF THE MANAGERS INCLUDING THE “GM” she brought a sense of family and inclusion that you won’t get anywhere else HIGHLY upset that you just fired her under the pretenses you did I will be going to a different Dutch or...
