Celebration Escape Rooms — Local services in Highland Village

Edit: 3 years later they invited us back to play Laser Project. We really enjoyed this room. The puzzles and story were engaging. We really liked the flow of the game. The puzzles made sense and still challenging to figure out. Enough things to do in this room with 4-6 people. Sets have improved, but as a small family run business, I do not expect movie quality sets like some corporations have. I feel like we got our money's worth. I also really liked that he said he took my feedback and made improvements so don't be shy to tell him what they can improve on. They really do listen to their customers. Staff is still super friendly!

This maybe a personal preference, but I like games that have well built sets, multiple rooms in one story and linear story. We did the experiment and it was in a single office room, with minimal props and it wasn't as engaging as our other experiences. At $30 per person it seemed overpriced for the experience. There were 2 neat things I haven't seen before, we will call them the cup and sound machine that earned the stars. Staff was also friendly. My opinion, if you have done several rooms, you might be a little disappointed. They just opened and have potential, so I hope they are able to improve the experiences soon. Might try them out again in a few months if they do a coupon or...

Wow! What an amazing experience my girlfriend and I had at Room 5280, right from the start!

We spontaneously decided to do an escape room at 9:00PM one night, and called Room 5280 to ask if it was too late to book the 9:30 room! JD, the owner, welcomed us to book and come by and enjoy! We did the Experiment and we loved the variety of puzzles, and even some new things we hadn’t seen before! Having done 120+ rooms, we were pleased with the puzzles in the room! We do love traditional locks/keys over crazy tech, although there was some cool tech in there! We told JD what a blast we had and he welcomed us to come back and try the Heist and Sherlock! He also said it was a BYOB facility ;)

We booked both rooms the next day, and loved them even more! The amount of things to do, and puzzles to solve in a single room or 2 was unrivaled by many escape rooms I’ve done! They jam packed puzzles into each room, leaving lots of stuff to do and things to solve! Also, unlimited hints, and JD is very attentive!

Overall, my girlfriend and I had an amazing time, both because of the rooms and because of the amazing owner JD! We’d love to escape some rooms with you sometime JD! :)

We had our daughter's 9th birthday party at Room 5280. The owners and their staff were OUTSTANDING!!!! They had a beautiful party room full of laser lights, tables, chairs music and games. They also had another room for us with tables and trash cans for food set up. It was above and beyond what I was expecting. On top of all this, they had an employee stay with the 13 nine year old girls in the escape room the entire time to assist. That alone is an amazing accomplishment of patience. I highly recommend Room 5280 for your birthday party needs. We had several hours, great space for set up, games, the escape room and party music. They also even let me store my ice cream cake in their fridge. Top notch service and truly great people own and work at this business. We couldn't be any happier.
