La Diva Donuts N Coffee — Restaurant in Lewisville

I'm so dissappointed. This morning I went here to get a yummy hot and spicy sausage crossiant at $3.95 each. I've went here twice before and they take my money and come to find out they don"t have the product. I usually settle for something else. However, today was worse. Before I ordered I asked if they had large hot and spicy sausage crossiants. The owner was the one waiting on me at the drive thru window. She told me that they did. I ordered and prepaid. The owner came back to the window, handed me my bags and then had an employee take over the window. I checked my bags, haven't left the drive thru yet. NO CROSSIANT! What she gave me was a hot and spicy sausage ( hot dog with cheese) roll. This item cost $2.19 each. What's going on here? Bait and Switch maybe? Did the owner think I wouldn't notice? Wrong product??? Cheaper product??? Not only a price difference but, not getting what you ordered to boot. Only after I complained at the drive thru did I get the difference in price refunded but, I had to settle for something I didn't order. Beware of this people. Check your bags before you leave drive thru and make sure that you are being charged correctly. I think I"m going to find some other donut or bakery shop that has all of their products available to purchase and not deal with this prepay and have to settle for something else and wait for refund of the difference. I’m going to do my best to put into words how delicious these doughnuts are. I’ve been craving an amazing doughnut for months now, and I’ve been PATIENTLY waiting for this place to open. And can I say I’m happy I waited? OH absolutely. These are the kind of doughnuts you need to eat in private because they’re so damn good. I almost swallowed it whole. It was so fluffy, fresh, and just the right amount of sweet (I got the cinnamon glazed twist and a regular glazed twist). I wish I was exaggerating when I say these doughnuts are so good that I just couldn’t wait to do a review on them. I also got their sausage, egg and cheese roll. The bread is freshly made, and so tasty. overall that was a 10/10. Everything was just so good. The only thing I was not too much of a fan of was the cold brew with hazelnut syrup I got (7/10). However, I’ll definitely try other coffee items off their menu! The customer service was 10/10. The atmosphere is a 10/10. This place is over the top! Auna is always very friendly, answers my questions, & makes good suggestions. The first item she recommended was a creme brulee donut. The donut was HUGE, had a perfectly crunchy caramelized coating, & was bursting with Bavarian cream. The flavor was incredible! If you want a filled donut, you have a choice of vanilla. chocolate, jelly, & Bavarian cream (filled to the max if you'd like).Today, I tried the spinach feta pastry; the last time I tasted such flaky, buttery pastry was in Paris! Last but not least, the Boba tea is excellent. The flavor is delicious & more complex than other places. They also give you lots of Boba pearls. Unlike most donut shops, La Diva has everything discounted during "Happy Hour" from 2pm - 4pm every day (except Tues when they're closed)....
