Taco Bell / KFC — Restaurant in Highland Village

TRASHIEST Taco Bell location. My boyfriend went through the drive through on a Friday at 10:40pm. The girl taking his order kept laughing while we was trying to order and clearly had an attitude when she asked him to repeat something. When he got up to the window and she asked if he wanted sauces he said “All of them” and she started laughing and with an attitude said “What do you mean” and he said “A few of each” and she laughed again. The attitude that girl was giving and the way she just kept laughing and messing around was ridiculous. Hire better employees. Order was taken by a male who sounded like he was asleep. Then when they got my order wrong and I informed them it was wrong the girl at the window with an attitude informed me that I didn't order what I said I ordered. Essentially calling the customer a liar to their face (I guess she was trying to cover for the half asleep order taker?). I remembered what I had ordered because I order the same thing every time and I never change it. After receiving a wrong meal, I wasn't even taken care of as a customer. It may have been 10$ but the gas from going home and treated rudely. I just asked for the correct meal very kindly. Working in customer service myself, I understood how to make it as easy as possible for the staff here. Unfortunately I was not even given a proper apology and then told to stand off to the side for other customers.
