The only positive thing I have to say is about the speed of the delivery. Which really should have been an indication of the quality of the food now that I think about it. They’re fast. I’ll give them that. Their food? Not worth the cost of the containers they are in.
I’m talking truly awful. I have eaten some great Chinese, some mediocre Chinese, and some crappy Chinese, but this place is the worst I have ever had. From the quality of the ingredients they use to their skill in cooking them it was just all around bad.
In every dish we had shrimp? The shrimp still had their poop sacs. None were removed. So we had to pick them all out before even eating any of the food. Total waste of the extra price we paid for the shrimp dishes.
The chicken and beef in our dishes? Were so rubbery we truly thought we were trying to chew erasers or something of similar texture. The rice was undercooked and very crunchy. The noodles were undercooked as well.
While the texture of all the food was bad none of it compared to the taste. I don’t know what they are using to season their dishes but each and every bite from each of the four dishes we ordered tasted like dirt. No joke. I have never eaten Chinese with such a weird taste. I’ve never had any good with this kind of taste.
We each had several bites from each dish before throwing it all away and going to get...
Read moreI asked for Kung pao chicken with dark sauce and burned peppers. Didn't get what I asked for. Pepper flakes, no peppers. Sauce not dark and not that tasty. No more business from me. Please please learn how to cook Kung pao. It's supposed to have a dark sauce and be sweet, spicy, smoky, and tasty. I'll give you directions now for free. It'll help your business so please feel free to send me a royalty from your increased future business which results from my advice on how to cook. I'll take 10% of all Kung pao orders please. Get the wok SUPER hot. Add PEANUT oil. Sesame oil. Good flavor!!! Add red peppers. Brown the peppers. Wait 30 seconds. Add peanuts. Brown the peanuts. Wait 20 seconds. Add chicken. It must be good, soft, high quality fresh chicken. Flash fire cook the chicken. That seals in the flavor. Then add other ingredients: sugar, soy sauce, cornstarch, black bean sauce, black vinegar, hoisin sauce, peppercorns (optional) etc. Don't add too many veggies unless you're trying the cheap. Its good if you lightly bread and fry the chicken first but I won't get in to that. I'll leave that up to you. Hopefully you know how to do that. Try to make it that...
Read moreThis restaurant is located to the right (if facing Walmart) of the store next to a Medical Compounding Store. It looks secluded and quiet but once you walk in its a nice sized restaurant. We ordered our food and it was absolutely delicious! I have eaten at an Asian restaurant in this town and I got really sick! But NOT this place; they took good care of preparing our food! We were impressed with Lisa's customer service! I think she may be part owner but she was working the front despite possibly having staffing issues! This is now my "Go To" for Asian Cuisine! Did I mention the food was spectacular?? After I received my food I made her aware that I am a google reviewer! She smiled and understood why I kept snapping photos! I highly suggest this place because the food is great, the atmosphere is fine dining and the location is great! Thank you Lisa, we will be back!! This restaurant is...
