after a long day came here to get some ice cream with my partner and as soon as we walked in we weren’t greeted the guy working had his friends sitting by the counter and was talking to them after we approached the counter he walked over and didn’t say a word just expected us to start ordering now even a greeting or anything then had no mask on during a mask mandate and also no gloves on when getting the ice cream and also long hair no hairnet or anything asked for bananas on ice cream and cut them way to big just no care in the world no uniform on or anything just basketball shorts and a t-shirt, least the management can do is care but seem like they don’t. would give 0 starts but i don’t have a...

If I could give this a 0 stars I would! My parents just left after purchasing a birthday cake. The woman claimed my dad added a tip to the transaction when paying when he didn’t and they charged him 7 dollars. The Asian lady idk if she was the manager but she was extremely rude and the employee definitely needs better customer service training. This basking Robins is the worst by far and Will not be coming back. After years of coming to this location, it’s disappointing to see how horrible this place is. Be careful when paying! Since when did they start charging extra for whipped cream on milkshakes? This is the first time I have ever been charged for that, plus I was not told that there would be an extra fee which would have allowed me to decline if I wanted to.
