From the moment we began our order, it was if they could not hear us or were not listening. Had to repeat ourselves multiple times and correct the order when it was read back. When we arrived at the first window, the staff were arguing about how the order was supposed to be made. When we were greeted, the order was read back for accuracy, and they still missed ingredients/items. Payment was made, and we were told not to move forward to the next window until they told us to because they had to remake items they messed up on, (onions on bean burritos we had requested with no onion). After a few minutes, we asked if we could at least have our drinks since we paid, which the woman fetched. 10-15 minutes later, we were told to pull up to pick up our order at the second window. No one was there at first. Then a worker appeared with two bags. We asked if the entire order was in both bags, to which he responded without checking that they were. My wife checked prior to pulling out, and we were missing the feature meal item we ordered, spicy double down and fries. The worker fetched the sandwich and fries, returned a few minutes later, and blamed the other kitchen for not including it. When we arrived home to eat, the bean and cheese burritos, (8 of which we requested no onions, 2 no red sauce) were made incorrectly and the double down was not spicy but regular chicken. There had been no cars in front of us nor any behind during our visit, and I understand why. Do not double down here, drive around the corner and get better service, have better accuracy, and waste less time waiting...
Read moreCan't answer about the quality of food. Still waiting for it to be made. I placed an online order at 4:45pm for 5:30pm decent sized order about 60 bucks of food for the family. I arrived at the restaurant at about 5:32. App said food was ready. I walk inside. Wait to be helped behind 2 other customers. First when it's my turn the lady who was the cashier was about to help me then her phone rang so she stepped away to answer it before helping me. I waited for another minute. Then she asked what I wanted. I said I was here for an online order. She said ok and went in the back. I thought she was getting my order together. Long story short I wait for about 20 minutes. She then tells me they are out of Mac n cheese. I say ok I'll wait. She said it's frozen. I said I have to wait. That's all my son will eat. I said please don't make any of my order until the Mac n cheese is ready. It is now 6:10 pm as i post this. Still waiting another twenty minutes has passed. I go on the kfc app. Reach out to their customer service. They tell me there is nothing they can do. I feel bad because it's nothing but kids working here and you can tell they are undertrained and overwhelmed. Hopefully this will get them some help...
Read moreI was at the drive through and asked for a k1 tenders and I asked if there was an option for spicy tenders, and the lady at the drive throw said no, she didn't bother to offer the choice of the hot honey, so when I came to the window I aked if I could change my order to the hot honey tenders and she called out the lady in the back and she came close enough for me to hear her tell her we don't have any! So I said are you sure because I her her telling you to tell me you don't have any, and she said I can show you the bottle with an attitude and I said that's fine, but if that's just an excuse to not sell me what I really want because you don't want to change it that's wrong, so the girl went back to the manager and she came back and said, well my manager said I could refuse service because of this. And I said that's fine too so they refused to provide me with a service because I wanted to change my order but I was also willing to take what I had originally ordered.
