On 4/15/20, I ordered $110.00 worth of food for my family of 7. When I went in to pick up my order, I think I waited 10 minutes for someone to actually come to the front. Several employees said we will be right with you while I waited for my food to get cold, so they could answer phone calls and make pizzas for people ordering after myself. I was already annoyed by that. The sign on the door stated not to enter without a mask. So I am unsure why the guy who ended up coming to the front was not wearing a mask himself or gloves when handling my food. The cook was also not wearing gloves as I saw her making pizza, although she had a mask on. After I got my order and to be nice left a $5.00 tip, I went home only to discover that my 16 piece order of boneless wings had been forgotten. I had ordered a 48 piece as well, so I just thought they mixed them all up in the 2 containers. I made sure to count them out and there were 24 in each totaling 48. Already upset that my food was getting cold, now I had to call and let them know I did not receive my 16 piece. The guy told me over the phone that it was there and I could get them. I stated I would like some fresh wings since now I could not eat instead I had to leave to get the wings I paid for. I was almost to pizza hut when I realized I had forgot my mask because I was in a hurry to grab the wings so I could eat with my family. So I had to turn around to get it. At this point I was just over dinner. When I got there, the guy gave me my new wings and apologized, but didn't bother to offer me any compensation for their mistake. I usually don't order pizza hut, but I thought I'd give it a try. After spending $115 with tip to have cold food which by the way I barely ate because I was no longer in the mood since my family already ate and it was beyond cold at that time. I feel when a customer spends that much or any amount for an order, they should not have to wait for their food once they arrive and the order should be correct. Tried to order a pizza online. Order said it would be ready in 45 minutes.
2 hours later I called and asked what happened to my order, they stated they always call first time orders back to confirm the order and address. I never received a phone call. So they cancelled my order.
Then I tried to order again over the phone, and the lady who was taking my order couldn't take my card number. I tried 5 times as slow as possible to get it through to her and she just couldn't get it, finally asked to have someone take it and he had an attitude and couldn't take it also.
Finally called corporate office let them know about my experience at this location...these people need more training or maybe they shouldn't work in customer service!!!
