As much as I missed the previous Chinese restaurant Jade Inn, I'm pleased that the Pho Highland took their place. Their food is excellent, the meat and seafood are clean. From appetizers to main courses, there's almost none that we don't like. Their Thai tea is one of the best I've tasted. Quick and polite servers. It's a liitle hard to understand what they're saying to you at times, but we don't mind much. Prices could be a little much, but they are 2 minutes from our house. Very conveniently located. I wish I recorded this interaction. I placed a phone order for VEGAN PHO And VEGETABLE SPRIMG ROLLS. I got my order and drove home only see chicken pho and shrimp spring ROLLS. I drove back with the food and very calmly asked for a refund and the guy immediately threw a fit waving and yelling that we ordered chicken not vegan. Then grabbed the rolls out of the container moved the trashcan where I can see it and SLAMMED them in the trash. Incredibly rude and yelling for no reason. I had to argue for my refund.
