I originally gave this place a five star rating, but I have decided to update my review. I have been going to this place since it opened. Very nice people. One of the things that kept me coming back was their reward punch card. It was a physical card that stated after so many drinks you could get a free one. The card and all of the punches expired one year after the first punch if you didn’t finish them all. I finally filled out my punch card (except for one) and came to redeem the last punch to get my next drink free. They told me that they no longer did that. Everything was electronic now, and they would not be accepting my punch card. I had gotten it punched just days before this. I was told no by two separate employees. It wasn’t even a year since the first punch was made. That was disappointing because that was a reason for me to keep coming back and supporting the business. It was a ton of punches too! I spend roughly $8 a drink and it was 10 or 15 punches (this was months ago. I actually don’t remember now). I understand a new system being in place, but why not at least let your loyal and paying customers redeem their single free promised drink after spending a bit of money at your business. Why disregard all of the existing rewards cards? I no longer have a real desire to go here. It took me months to get my free drink. It may be insignificant in the long run, but I was very excited to receive it. What is the point of ordering more drinks through their new system if they are going to deny another free reward when it comes time to redeem it? Overall, the drinks are good and the atmosphere is great. If you’re looking for good boba, this is a good place. The cheese dogs are good, too. Just wish they held true to their promises...

I'd love to give this place more stars because the manager/owner is amazing. The staff is just sub par. I guess rubber shoes that show your socks is normal in the workplace now.. but whatever. The staff forgot to add sugar to my drink so it was bitter and i couldnt drink it. I took it back the next day to get it re-made and the cashier refused. It took some firm persuading and bringing in a 2nd staffs opinion they finally agreed. The owner/manager came in as I was waiting and apologized then made me 3 more teas, all different flavors for free to make up for it and smooth things over. Which was amazing. A few days later I went back (6th trip in 2 weeks) I stood at the counter for a good 30 seconds watching both staff texting on their phones despite the fact there's a doorbell. Ordered 3 corn dogs but got two containers. I asked "did I get three", staff said "yes". Got home and had 2. Called back, they said I only ordered 2. I said I ordered 3. They said "no, we repeated your order back to you, it was 2". So maybe there was a misunderstanding. But you don't tell your customer they're wrong instead of trying to make it right. Inside is beautiful nice place to sit and drink and meet up with a friend, it's very instagram worthy in the inside . I had the passion fruit tea , and ordered the peach tea, pretty good . They have so many options with drinks . However the corn dogs I order the first time was burned and all the stuff was falling off . The 2nd time which is today I tried the hot cheeto with mozzarella and the potato with mozzarella. I just wasn't wowed by it . The topping doesnt stay on like you see the picture , and it has a basic taste . I did kinda like the hot cheetos better . The pricing isn't high at all it between 4.00 to 4.75 a corn dog . You can get all mozzarella, half mozzarella and hot dog , or full hot dog. The staff are very pleasant .I would come back for the tea the passion fruit tea was...
