Had the worst experience today, and I waited 10 minutes just to order on the drive-through. I couldn't back up since there was a car behind me. I ordered 2 HAND-BREADED BACON SWISS CHICKEN SANDWICH COMBO Sandwich had lettuce, tomato, bacon, Swiss cheese and breaded chicken on a potato bun. I asked for no mayo on one of the sandwiches. The sandwiches we received had only pickles. I also ordered 3-PIECE HAND-BREADED CHICKEN TENDERS WITH BBQ SAUCE. When I finally drove up to the window, it took a few minutes to get my food after I had paid. When I looked inside the bag, there was no BBQ sauce, not even napkins. I tried to get the drive-through employee back to the window, and I ended up knocking on the window when she finally came back she had food in her mouth as she was chewing a mouth full of food she ask what did I want. I told her she had forgotten my BBQ sauce and had no napkins. She rolled her eyes and got the items. Overall, this location service has gone down. I like carls jr food, but it seems its always a nightmare where I go to get it. This specific location is notorious for taking a very long time to get your food. Ive also been given the wrong order a several times. Tonight was kind of the last straw. Ordered my bacon swiss no problem, lady repeated my order at back to me twice correctly, paid for my food with no problem. I was then told to pull to the curb to wait for my order. Couple minutes later lady brought my food out. Perfect, no i can go across the street to get my meds from CVS. upon opening my box for my sandwich i found there was no bread, no lettuce, no tomato, no bacon, no swiss.... instead i got chicken tenders... Not driving back up to fix it, never coming back. This location is always excessively long waits and wrong orders. maybe they dont like me? Who knows not my...

I have been to this location approximately 30 times and 7 of those instances I was unable to purchase anything due to the "fryer breaking down" (4 times) and other "mechanical breakdowns" the other 3 times. These "breakdowns" always occur within 30 minutes of their normal closing time, which is obviously a lie so they can shut down early. Generally their food and service is aligned with industry standard "junk food" so I would normally give them 3 stars. On a more personal note; I think they suck, specifically for (cumulatively) wasting approximately 210 minutes of my life ( 7 trips x 30 minutes = 210 minutes or 3.5 hours). So in closing boo...
