Taco Bell — Restaurant in Highland

07/09/2022 at around 12:00pm it wasn’t busy an I ordered 2 hard shell tacos an 2 soft chicken tacos an a box of kfc like the snack box. So I checked the bag while pulling out which I should’ve checked it right outside the window. I was missing two chicken tacos so I went back an an employee claiming to be the manager insisted she gave them to us. Mind you it’s around 3.50$ worth of items. We didn’t take em out bag but even if we did she insisted we stole them. We asked for the money back for the chicken tacos an she said no not unless we give her back our whole meal. An shell refund is the money. This whole transaction was so unprofessional her name was Serena. Which she could be lying. So I have the duplicate receipt so I’ll be calling corporate about this. She basically called us thieves for 3.50$ which is unnecessary. Why would we turn around for that. An than to take our whole meal away was just not right?! She was also rude an super unprofessional. I hope they wouldn’t allow that kind of person be the manager. I hope corporate handles this correctly. She was disrespectful. She dressed lines an her description is a short chunky Mexican girl. Had a hard time taking our order and getting it straight. We ordered two bean and cheese burrito with extra red sauce, one Dorito Loco taco supreme and the medium dr. Pepper when I got up to the window I gave them my charge card and they handed us a bag of food. The food was incorrect so she wanted the food and the credit card back. Then I told her why does she want the card because the amount she charged was the same as what she quoted when we ordered. Apparently she had just given us the wrong Food Bag but had correctly charged us the amount for what we should have had. She handed us our bag of food but still had not given us our drink. We thought we were good until we got home. The burritos had absolutely no red sauce instead of extra red sauce and Dorito Loco taco supreme had about a dime size of sour cream on it. Seriously, someone needs to go down there are review the workers. The girl that attends to the cash registers is sooooooo disrespectful and not one cent of customer service in her . She definitely needs to find another job. We got the wrong burrito and my husband went to say that it was supposed to be a steak burrito and she took it from his hand and threw it in the trashcan. Turned around and left, my husband had no clue if he was getting another one or what plus no apology. This is the second time i complain about her and now i know, to not return to this taco bell at all. Im surprised they have an A on their window because for attitude I definitely believe they fail.
