I'm done with Panda Express. 1. For almost $9, I expect a human sized portion, not a kids menu plate. Give me a break. 2. I've come to the conclusion that if you don't go inside, but through the drive thru, your portion will be a kid size portion. 3. Eaten a few times in the past at this specific location, and have told my family that the chow mein is dry, as is the fried rice. Against my better judgement, I agreed to another visit. My kid drove through the drive thru, brought the food home. Yup, just like before the chow mein and the fried rice were dry, and the portions ridiculously small. Poor reviews on your own site, and Google say to go in, and not through the drive thru if you want to not get ripped off. The drive thru portion is just small, and terrible. I'm finished/done with Panda Express. By the way, the chicken was very good. Will my little ($27.00 total) family order make a difference to them? Probably not. I shouldn't have to wait till I get home to discover poor service. There are many authentic Chinese food joints that don't charge $9 (or close to it) for a real adult portioned meal. Don't expect any good recommendations from me, but I will definitely recommend not...
Read morePanda Express food is so so it's edible however it is NOT a real gourmet Chinese food as they advertise. You could google it yourselves. Every time I go to panda express I get asked if I want to donate to children's hospital or education etc. They even ask if I want to round up my change. The employee's are trained to panhandle. This is the only franchise that does this not McDonald's, burger king etc. I'm sure McDonald's donate to charities as well without making their employees solicite. I understand it's for a good cause but due to pandemic money is tight. Also why only children. What about the homeless or people that are unemployed or doesn't have healthcare etc. How about donations to diabetics or even cancer research???. Here's a thought. Why not panda express group become a nonprofit franchise restaurant.. all the proceeds would go...
Read moreDisgusting and disturbing havent change. I like to give everyone 2nd chance. Big mistake. A street food vendor is more safer than these guys. I wanted to see from inside eventhough @7pm there was only one car in the drive through. The server have to band down to scoop from inner trays, which makes them litterly over customers orders/food. Chefs and servers constantly speaking & laughing loud without wearing a mask. Sadly the manager was no different than employees. Serve food and handle cash with same gloves. I bought a scoop of shrimps for $5. Which is $1 per 1 shrimp. Only thing cheap here is quality. I hope my message gets to health department. Good luck to all the customers. Stay safe and stay away. Look at the 5 stars with pictures. This place is dead and will be closing soon. I think all the good commenters are...
