Worst experience of my life. I’m a loyal Chipotle consumer, but this location has challenged my patience and questioned my loyalty. The employees gave small portions, lack of enthusiasm & energy. On the other hand, the male manager was kind and giving it his all. I appreciate his effort and dedication. Overall, this Chipotle needs more training considering the fact that it’s a new location. (update) i’m now eating my food and the chips handed out to me and my husband were stale and hard to swallow . In addition, the guacamole was full of chunks that were not suitable for my 2 year old daughter that nearly choked due to the minimal care given by these workers. Absolutely...

Its great having another option on this side of town, we ordered 3 bowls, 2 sides of guac with chips and queso. Ordered everything via the app. 10 min ready time so we went through the "Chipotlane" about a min before our schedule ETA. Staff came to the window in a timely manner, was very professional and well mannered.

The food was tasty, and well portioned. The only con is the chips were forgotten from the order and I did in fact, pay for them. That's on me for not double checking the bag. I did not go back since we noticed after we got home. Its a new location, new staff, they deserve the benefit of the doubt. I will go back...

I dealt with Jasmine, she's claims to be the manager . Jasmine has horrible customer service skills and she's confrontational an has a horrible attitude.she charged me for 2 steak bowls and 1 chicken when I had 2 chicken bowls 1 steak .her employee that made the bowls even tried to tell her it was 2 chicken 1 steak .she still argued saying he was wrong and said she gave me sauce for free which she's didn't I paid for it.
