I have been going here quite often. The last time they forgot my add on wings. It was only 5 wings which is $3.00, but it is the fact that I paid for them and did not get them. I called to tell them and they forgot them and they said the next time I order just let them know and I will get them then. I ordered yesterday (3-21-21) online and then called to tell them about my 5 piece that they said they would replace. They told me that their policy is I had to get them within a week. So you are telling me that you forget my wings, take my money and then I have to come back within the week to get my 5 wings? Why can't I just get them the next time I place my order? No one told me that and I explained that to the manager who proceeded to tell me about their policy of one week. I told her that I was not told that and I want my wings that I rightfully paid for. She decided to give them to me and said she would include them with my other order totalling almost $50, which is the average price I spend when I go. When my husband got home with the wings, guess what? My 5 piece wing was forgotten yet again. It is not the money, it was only $3, it is the fact that they think it is ok to charge and not give you the wings and then put stipulations on when I can get the wings I paid for. What kind of business operates that way?? I wonder how many people a day they do this to and how much profit they get off their mistakes. I am beyond annoyed that after I complain yet again, that they still forgot my wings. This makes me want to no longer go to wing stop. Forgotten wings for me, for this person and that person and that adds up to money in their pocket. I did not even bother calling to tell them because they clearly do not do anything about it. Read moreGood area, I’ve been to this location a few times my experience was good. My most recent visit. I enter to pick up an order, i was greeted by both cashiers. I tell them I’m picking up an order for my name, ordered online.
The cashier goes to look for my order comes back to ask me what was the last 4 digest of the card i used to order. I told the cashier the numbers. Cashier then tells me my order is being worked on. I asked if I could wait inside the building. (Covid) They allow me to wait inside the building.
(Reason for 3 stars) While waiting I noticed (2) other customers entered to pick up their orders (also waiting) Neither customer were asked for their ordering information besides their name.
I have No problem providing my order/personal information I believe that’s the process to make sure they get the correct order to the right customer. After ordering/paying online you receive a conformation email with a order number that’s usually ask for when picking up a online order.
What I didn’t like, I was the only customer asked for order information. I’m not sure if the other customers were “regulars” but I did not like how I felt after that experience. Hopefully it wasn’t a judgmental move and...
Read moreGreat wings and food but what really brings this place down is the customer service. Employees seem to be overall friendly but lacking a great deal in employee management. Management really needs to step up their game here because they really fumbled here on Superbowl Sunday with constantly giving away the wrong orders. There were even other customers who were missing a few items. We online ordered our wings at a certain time the previous day and when we went there to pick it up the very next day, it took them an hour later to hand us our order. This is extremely unacceptable. When you even close your walk-in orders to the public to focus on online pick-up orders then customers should be able to have an overall better experience. My advice is to have management be much more aware and take charge to be more in the front of the operation to make sure customers are getting the correct orders.
