I placed an order for two drinks at 1 p.m., expecting to pick them up in 15 minutes. The order went through and I paid through website . However, when I arrived at the store at 1:30 p.m., I was shocked to find it closed, even though the sign indicated it was open until 2 p.m.
I knocked and informed the employee about my order, explaining that I was looking for a smoothie and a blended coffee. To my dismay, she informed me that they were out of bread, i told her it wasn’t bagels . She even went as far as to say that they had nothing.
I am deeply disappointed and upset with this entire experience. I not only didn’t receive the items I ordered and paid for, but I also had to waste time and effort complaining about it online. To make matters worse, she offered me a mere $2 coupon as an apology, which I find ridiculous and annoying.
I support new businesses in my area, but when employees lack basic courtesy and service, it becomes frustrating. I hope that corporate intervention will be taken to address this issue. I am glad I didn’t order any food, as I would have been even more upset without my food and money.

After getting them I said I wanted to pay with my rewards she said no it's only if I order online. I said your online isn't working she said yes it is. I did try it but it doesn't let you checkout. She said I needed to pay $9.99 at this point I paid because I promised the bagels to our group. I still have $10 reward I can't use because you CANT ORDER ONLINE it won't let your proceed. Plus I didn't realize they cook the eggs than put them on a counter they don't clean each time they use. Read moreI thought it was just me but staff is really impatient and do not know how to talk to customers. Always short handed and can never have something ready on time . Denied service to a customer because they didnt order online because for thier convenience they cant deny online orders which I mean if they could they would this place is going to get a bad rep if this keeps up . Bad customer service and slow service are two things that will break a store aswell it smelled like something burnt and the time promised to delivery drivers was not fulfilled these guys get paid by order not hour having to wait an extra 30 min for a 5$ order is not worth thier time.
