Guadalajaras Tacos — Restaurant in San Bernardino

Service was friendly; Dining, counter and kitchen areas were clean. First visit we had a Quesabirria de Chivo and a Quesabirria de Res with a large Menudo. Food was very satisfying. We returned the next day for two Quesabirria de Chivo and carne asada burrito. The asada burrito was large and good but average; everything else was delicious and we got our money’s worth. We will be coming back to try other plates and for the delicious hand made Tortillas.

Visit#5. The food here is consistently delicious and service has always been great. We didn’t realize the time when we walked in to the restaurant and noticed that they were pretty much done cleaning and were actually closed, yet the manager still took my order and his chef’s opened up the kitchen after they had cleaned up and shut it down.

Our food was fresh and delicious, the carnitas toco 😋 the corn tortilla were fresh.

My mom is born and raised in Guadalajara. which sets her standards high for the quality and the taste of any Birria she comes across! When she came across this place her and i were really skeptical about trying out this place given the outward appearance. Nonetheless we decided to try it because you learn to NOT JUDGE A BOOK BY ITS COVER. We placed a phone order . The call was answered quickly and the order was taken down quickly. We ordered birria quesadilla and an order of birria with consome. We were happy to find EVERYTHING WE NEEDED IN THE TO GO BAG. Fresh handmade tortillas, cilantro & onion, lemon, salt/pepper, hot sauce. When we sat down to try the food all we could think of is how AUTHENTIC AND WELL TASTING THE FOOD IS!!! WE WILL BE GOING BACK FOR MORE FOOD AND...

Guadalajara Birrieria Is the most authentic homemade birria you can eat at a restaurant. You can get either beef or chivo, and the tortillas are hand-made fresh. My wife and I love coming here .we took her aunt, and trust me, she's a picky eater, but she loved it here and loved the hot sauce, too ... the tortillas are hand-made and have a delicious tase . You can't go wrong here. portions are excellent. I highly recommend this gem . Just look at the pictures, and you will see what I'm talking...
