Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Highland

Sorry Jack your staff rates less than 1 star for poor customer negotiation skills by mgmt. Let me explain: Im disappointed that your doors are unlocked at 5:57a.m. but because Im not an employee, I was told to leave and that I have 3 more minutes. This was from a MANAGER yelling to me from the drive thru window area of this brand new location. (She was serving a customer at that window). I know the drive thru is open 24 hours however I didnt feel the yelling was warranted nor turning me away.

Additionally a younger male employee came to the front register as I stood by the entry door and proceeded to plead her case by loudly telling me he "hasnt even clocked in yet" This was the most ridiculos display of potential customer service I have ever seen in my life! I work in the area and ordered breakfast the prior 2 mornings - after this, I will never patronize any of your fast food restaurants.

Currently unaware if corporate cares to read reviews but please someone address the rudeness from your mgmt staff. I think there wouldve been a better way to handle this situation.

Great service, it can be really crowed at times and because of the rush, they have forgotten some of my food items. The staff is friendly, but there is a plus size Mexican woman who isn't very friendly she had an told team just give it to her all her food is there with an Attitude. When she looked right at me having eye contact. Let me tell ya! I don’t eat Jack in the box (vegan) but since my pregnancy I crave many weird things so my hubby told them I wanted a burrito with no meat and cheese and the lovely worker there she’s a young girl ( I wish I got her name) she is absolutely amazing, she got me all these veggies there and all the goodies they could get, I am just so grateful that she made it happen I’m sorry if she gets in trouble putting all the stuff you’re not supposed to in the burrito but I appreciate her effort for a pregnant lady! She is amazing, this happened today 1/21/21 around 12pm so whoever you are you’re appreciated and I hope you got promoted with the compassion that you have, this might be little things she does but it made a difference and it made my day...
