I am real estate broker who is always searching for new places to eat. I met with prospective clients who were local and had great things to say about this place. The Google reviews also help influence my decision to eat here. It is a small space with a lot of charm. I love farm to table as the ingredients and food is generally fresher and tastier. Fresh Bistro did not disappoint. The Caesar salad was fresh, lemony, peppery and not overdressed with fishy dressing. For my main course, I ordered the Scallops (they were cooked perfectly, and they were sizable) over Butternut squash risotto, it was phenomenal. I was taken to flavor town between the saltiness of the prosciutto, the sweet touch of honey, the cream in the risotto...This dish was a home run. I ordered some food to go for my wife. The salmon was grilled to perfection and the inhouse desserts were delectable as I ordered the Chocolate mouse tart and Creme Brulee to go. In addition to a great meal, I met a genuinely nice couple who frequent here. While chatting with them, I was served vanilla gelato which was fantastic. This place is absolutely worth the trip whether you're in town or out of town. I will most certainly be...

We had an octopus and a shrimp appetizer which were amazing. For dinner we each had specials. A cod and clam dish with a very well developed tomato based broth and a sweet chili glazed pork chop (recommended medium) with silky potatoes and charred carrots and a soy sauce based plate sauce. I thought the medium was a bit towards rare for my liking in the very center but was delicious otherwise. We went for an anniversary, and a rowdy table of 8 with some hearing issues made for a less than stellar atmosphere. Other diners rolling eyes or choosing outdoor seating made it known it wasn't just us, but all other times it's great date night atmosphere. The have a perfect bruchetta when you are seated, neither too crunchy nor too soggy. The bread has a scent of rosemary without being overpowering. We've been here several times, including an inner courtyard area which was an amazing oasis in covid times. We'll definitely...

It didn't start off well, made a reservation through google assistant (was on the internet so this was the easiest way), when we arrived (party of 2) they did not have our reservation and there was some confusion. The hostess did say they would be able to accommodate us, but she didn't sound confident, so we waited (and there is really no where to wait) and I showed her the reservation, she seemed confused, but we did get seated shortly after, she said we "lucked out" they just had a cancelation. After being seated everything turned for the better, the service was excellent (a fine dining experience) , the food was outstanding, from appetizer through dessert, the specials (for Valentines Day, we went on Sat) were great!! It was expensive, but for the quality it is well worth it! The place is small and you do sit pretty close to others, but its well worth it. Will...
