Lusty Lobster — Local services in Highlands

Seafood is suoer fresh. People there are nice. Yes you pay more but it's worth it to know it will be top quality. I recently called ahead a couple of days and ordered 20 lobsters for a private party. They packaged them nice and neat for me in a wax-lined box and put down plastic in my trunk so it wouldn't make a mess. They even carried out the box for me and put it in the car. Everyone raved about how sweet they were! Each year we have a lobster party and every year without fail we get the lobsters from Lusty Lobster. Called ahead to order cleaned and shelled shrimp, when we arrived all of the staff were rude. No one greeted us upon entry or even bothered to turn around to see who came in. Once they did acknowledge having customers we were told they were out of the shrimp that we had ordered. After changing the order the staff tried to talk us out of having the shrimp cleaned and shelled. We insisted on having them cleaned and then was given an attitude for making them do work. I would love to change this review in the future the more I try. I ordered a ton of food and was most excited for the oysters. The Manhattan clam chowder was okay, the Japanese squid salad was amazing, and the oysters were really bad. I still am going to try the crab and swordfish, they looked really good so I’m not worried.
