China Sea — Restaurant in Highlands

BAD CHOICE!!! I just moved to highlands and was looking for a new place. I have NEVER EVER written a bad review on any place, no matter how disappointed ive ever been. However, the owner of this place is a disrespectful arrogant louse. I ordered food and one of the items i ordered was chicken and rice soup to settle my ailing stomach. So i ordered it with extra rice. I recieved a container with just flavored white rice and NO Broth, ONLY moist chicken rice (NOT a drop of soup) When i respectfully called the owner and told him there was NO Broth he told me i ordered it that way and it was "Not his Problem". He made NO Apology or even an offer to rectify it now or at a future date. I raced there to confront his arrogance and he still made NO Apology. FYI; Honestly (unbiased) the rest of the food was tasteless, over cooked and greasy. THIS PLACE STINKS ACROSS THE BOARD. DO NOT GO THERE you will be sorely Dissatisfied and its ratty dirty looking...

The food is okay, not bad and not great. DEFINITELY NOT 5 stars or 1. My problems with the place, the man has never been rude he just doesn't smile. He's there to make food though and although it would be nice to see a smile I guess it isn't necessary. There are like 2 tables. Sometimes I can't tell if one of the employees is eating there or someone left their stuff and it isn't been cleaned yet. My main itch - I see buckets sometimes of I'm not sure which food or anything on the floor which gives me pause. I loved Navesink Chinese place but it moved. If I can get to the one on First and Hwy 36 in Atlantic, I go there now, but if not I go here and it's fine. Nothing to write home about, nothing to...

Saturday around 11:45 AM I went there to buy food . The guy who serve me did very bad behaved with me . There were two tables and I asked that man wether I could sit there and eat or not ! , he said okay for few minutes. Then I put two spoon food on my mouth, he starts screaming me .
