China 1 — Restaurant in Hilliard

Let me start by saying that I don’t ever leave reviews. So this experience was bad enough for me to go out of my way to share this.

I’m a regular customer of china 1. The food was always great however the service today was rock bottom bad!!!

I was dropping my daughters off and I parked in a parking spot in front of china 1 for a total of 10 mins. I got out of the car and the lady that works at china 1 started yelling at me to move because her regular customers could not park. Even though 3 spots down was an open spot. Also as she’s yelling at me, I told her give me 30 seconds and I’ll leave and she continues to yell. I stayed calm and she wouldn’t stop. As I got back in my car I explained that I was sorry and also a regular customer and she continued to yell at me.

I hate to even post this because it’s Christmas Eve.. I called to order, they didn’t have fried crab sticks… and she told me to hurry and order. I was completely dumbfounded by her saying that. We order at least twice a week with a order of $50 or more at a time! Not anymore! They lost our business tonight! How rude!!!!!!!! They should be grateful we support you them an not be so rude! Two words: FOOD POISONING! Not cool to experience while pregnant. The food was not fresh. First bite of the bourbon chicken I knew something was off. It was funky tasting and dry. My husband said the same. The egg rolls were the worst I've ever had. Within an hour we were both very ill and vomiting.
