I absolutely love this place! Only problem is the last 2 times I have ordered our drinks they just haven't tasted like they did when they first opened. My daughter's and I come in at least 3 times a week for drinks and that's a lot of money for drinks that don't taste good. It seems like they are more busy so they are just throwing drinks together as fast as possible instead of making sure they are made correctly. So we will probably not come in as often anymore. Also, the points thing takes forever to even be rewarded for being a loyal customer. Every coffee shop or stand I have been to has punch cards. Buy 9 drinks get the 10th drink free. $6 off after that many purchases is a rip off. Especially since I'm spending $30 here at least 3 times a week. So $90 a week. Getting more rewards for being a loyal customer would definitely...

I usually place my orders in Hilliard. Today I needed to make the drive to Jacksonville so I figured I would place my online order in Callahan. I wasn’t paying enough attention and accidentally placed it in Hilliard. I didn’t realize until I made it to Callahan. I called the Hilliard location to let them know so they could give it away/so it wasn’t just sitting there. The woman that answered was so so kind and sent my order over to the Callahan location so I could still get it! A+...

We love stopping by here to get coffee and sometimes a delicious treat! The service is always welcoming and fast, and it’s usually busy!
