First, let me start off by saying our waitress was phenomenal.
Now onto the food.
Appetizer was jalapeño poppers, they were delicious!
We were a party of four and ordered our food and it seemed to go downhill from there,
It almost felt like each order was put in individually at a different time. Seriously, one meal came out at a time and it would be like 20 to 30 minutes in between, at least that’s what it seem like. By the time, the first person was almost done, the second meal came out and so on.
Kids cheeseburger with lettuce came out next to last with no cheese or lettuce that was requested. And by the time he got the requested items, his hamburger was cold. He ate it anyway, because he’s a kid.
My friends wings came out and they looked OK, she didn’t seem to complain about the taste.
I got what I thought was boneless wings, but it was really just chicken tenders cut in pieces. The chicken was soggy because it was drenched with sauce and God knows how long it was sitting.
Last was the seafood platter, the flounder was the best part of that dish. The scallops were so tiny and the requested crispy onion rings look like they were barely cooked.
The coleslaw was delicious.
So, I’m not really sure what goes on behind those double doors that lead to the kitchen, but clearly somebody needs to correct the process. When you get a ticket,, you make all the items on that ticket, not one at a time and things in between. Every ordered meal for the table should be coming out at the same time.
I’ve been to this place once before quite some time ago and it was way better than it was this past evening.
The waitress is very apologetic, which again it’s not her fault. Although she stated that the manager would be discounting something because of how long the wait was and how the food came out, it was never applied.
I don’t really care so much about that, but somebody needs to fix what goes on (or does not) in that kitchen..
If you order something a certain way, we expect it to come out that way. There’s definitely no excuse if there’s a delay in getting your food, by that time, it should definitely be served the right way.
Hopefully, they fix their kitchen staff issues. UPDATE 8/23/24 The owner responded and address all the issues, very professional! I appreciated that they took a vested interest in identifying the problems and making an effort to...

I drive by and saw “wing cafe”. I said hmmm, it must be a decent place so turned around and parked. As soon as I walked inside and saw only 1 person of color manning the register and nowhere else, I said nah, this isn’t going to be good food. Buttttt, I pressed on to give them a chance. I mean, you can’t mess up chicken wings, right??
I waited 30 minutes for my food and once I got in my vehicle and bit it, I thought “I was wrong…and I’ve spent my money & time. Rats!” It tasted like chicken, just with a fried in oil, no salt taste.
So basically let me tell you straight.
The place is usually full ( I saw crowds come in) and don’t get me wrong, the food is sizzling & hot. The staff is very nice and the establishment is clean. And I’m banking that they do a good job of making everything work for what they need it to taste like.
The bottom line is this, and I hate to say it but true is true, if you are use to eating unseasoned food that is a little bland, you will love it. If you are not of color, yes, you will probably have a great time & enjoy everything. But if you come from a place where you use 5-6 seasonings to cook, or you cook meat with onions, bell peppers, garlic, herbs, etc etc… and for hours to get that juicy, lip smacking taste… well just move on from here. It’s good for getting a quick bite and having a nice atmosphere. No bad issues, just very bland food (atleast from...
Read moreI had the worse experience here today because of 2 servers Michelle and Angie! I have always had great service here the food is always great. Our waitress was Angie, They brought the food out and only 3 of the 5 dinners were correct. The waitress forgot to tell them the wings were supposed to be boneless and my Loco was slick with extra cheese. We had to keep stopping other waitresses to fill our drinks. We waited for our checks and they still did not come out. We walk to the cash register and told Michelle we do not have checks. She said yall had multiple orders at your table? I said we had 2 separate checks. She said well Multiple means more than one withat a nasty attitude. I told her what I got which was a mini Loco and 10 wings and she charged me $27 I get out to the car to realize my receipt says I was charged for 2- 15 pc wings with sweet pot fries and a 10 pc wing and 3 drinks. I was so mad at this point I just went home. If you want great service ask for EMILY or Brittany. Other than that the food was great like always. The owner apologized for all of the mess up and discounted our tickets. This will not stop me from coming back but I will be sure to make a request on who...
