Hilliard Donuts & Kolaches — Restaurant in Hilliard

My only quarrel with this location is the number Of times that you go during the hours of operation and They are not open. And there's no notice on the Google Maps Or Facebook notifying people that they are not open and it's just gets hard when you have kids And half the time we decided to go they get disappointed. I have experienced this s on Wednesdays and Thursdays. I wish they had better hours of operation And communication on days they are not open luck I don't know we don't go often but again when we do 70% of the time If they have been closed when they should have been open. I have reached out to the business and I understand the Health complications one of them has and I do feel for them I just want to really support them but it's hard to and again The disappointment of expecting a business to be open that's not open often and then they are not. For example today we stopped by for donuts it was 730 not even And they were not open. And there was no notice on Facebook that they sold out or that they were opening later or not at all today. I did stop at Circle K to grab a breakfast treat for the kids before school and learned they have fresh donuts daily there and they weren't bad! So if you end up like me wanting donuts and they are closed Circle K has some good ones.

I love this donut shop their donuts taste like Mochi donuts but it does get frustrating to show up so many times and they aren't reliably open in the small window...

I was staying with my grandma and we decided to come here because we had heard that their doughnuts are delicious. We drove very fast because they were supposed to close shortly after we were supposed to arrive. however, we arrived way before they were supposed to close. Upon arriving we found the doors locked and the lights off. We walked into a nearby store (I believe it was a women's clothing store) and asked why the doors were locked. She said that they had been closing early lately without giving notice because their business was not doing good. We could see food from outside and it looked delicious, but I still gave it one star because...

This place is excellent! Every time I’ve come here the employees are kind, helpful and offer a positive experience. The doughnuts are always fresh, hot and a variety is available for all taste buds. The kolaches are fluffy on the outside and flavorful on the inside. Today we ordered glazed doughnuts, a cookies and cream doughnut, jalapeño kolache, “heart attack” kolache and two Georgia boy kolaches without cheese. Everything was great, I think we’ll be becoming regular customers. Sorry for not picking the other products, we started eating...
