Black Rock Coffee Bar — Restaurant in Hillsboro

Many friends of mine work at this coffee stand and have been required to work while the air quality remains "hazardous." I am concerned for their health and am disappointed that Black Rock has not closed their stand during these unhealthy times. I am aware that most of the Black Rock stands have closed down, but for some reason this one has remained open. I have supported this business for many years, but it is clear this company does not care about their employee's safety. I will not be supporting Black Rock anymore if the company does not take their employee's health into consideration. My friends have experienced symptoms due to the air quality such as headaches and fatigue. I usually get blended drinks with cold brew at the black rock out by the airport. Today i went to the one closer to my house and they REFUSED to make my blended drink with cold brew and made me an iced drink instead of blended.... I'm very unhappy. I paid for something I didn't even want because the barista refused to make me a blended drink. They insisted it would be too watery and I know for a fact that's not true because I order my drink like this all the time at the other location! Workers are very nice, so I don't think this is on them. I was so excited to go to a coffee shop that had more sugar free options, and my husband and I ordered the sugar free caramel Blondie and my son ordered a regular hot chocolate. This was about 30 minutes ago

I don't know if their management is telling them to put the smallest amount of syrup in each drink or what, because my husband and my caramel Blondie tasted like there was only milk and coffee in there, and my son's hot chocolate tasted like pure milk. We even tried to stir them, thinking that maybe the syrup was at the bottom. No dice.
