I love the salads here… but the service has changed soooo much… today really got to me, I walked in at 11:40 am and there were 4 staff members and nobody inside except me. I had absolutely no acknowledgment that I was there and finally one gal in a purple shirt (no name tag) grabbed a bowl and stared at me… I’m like hi how are you?! And proceeded to order my salad… every scoop she added was barely a full scoop so after the second item I had to be clear “I’d like a full scoop of green onions” etc. she didn’t seem very happy, everything she added to my salad she threw in like she didn’t want to be there… she barley mixed my salad so I had to finish it when I got to the office… at the end I asked for heavy dressing and salt and pepper, she responded with, “umm you said heavy dressing and what else?” Like she wasn’t listening to me… it was mostly her tone and attitude with me that really bothered me… she put my salad up top and said here you go… u want bread? I said no thank you…. She wasn’t not a pleasant person, I wish I could add tone to what I’m writing but I can’t so you can only imagine. I am sad this is the closest evergreens to me… I use to come almost everyday, but with all the changes I don’t come often… it’s not a great experience when it feels like there are a bunch of kids running the show and when a customer walks in they all point the finger on who gets to take care of them, like a game of not it… the servings have changed and there is a huge lack in service, you don’t feel welcomed there. Hopefully there is more training done and things change soon or I’m going to have to find other healthy options for lunch and won’t be recommending this location to...
Read moreI got the text from Evergreens, that they were offering free delivery for a limited time and thought we would take advantage. In the past, we used to go to this location a few times a month and our family were huge fans. We hadn't been in a long time due to the pandemic especially since they closed temporarily.
While the food tasted good, it wasn't something we'd order again based on the experience.
We ordered for delivery on 9/19 via the app. All of our salads were missing ingredients, but not consistently. For example, mine had tofu but my daughter's was missing hers which meant she had NO protein element in her meal.
One got cranberries while the other was missing theirs. One of the salads was supposed to be the same size as the others but was so small 3 (yes 3!) dressing containers were put inside it, while the others could only fit 1. We were all missing some element of grain in our "grain bowls". 1 bowl had a literal teaspoon of brown rice in it (no joke), while another bowl was missing brown rice entirely and the other two grain bowls had no quinoa (grain) at all. Other ingredients missing were spicy green beans, and a couple half avocados (which are an upcharge).
It was most certainly not worthy of the $10+ per bowl price. At the very least, putting note in with the order to explain any shortage of ingredients would've been appreciated. Plus, instead of putting 3 dressing containers into a bowl (which is ridiculous because they are not tiny containers), just put actual salad ingredients in it to make up for whatever, so the person actually gets a whole appropriate size bowl. ...
Read moreI had no idea what I was getting into on my first visit here! I looked over the menu and that really did not help me decide what I wanted. You see I am a meat lover and this fresh veggie thing was new to me. After looking at the server I asked, "Is this like Mod Pizza but with salad?" she smiled and said, "yes pretty much!" Then I was on my way, I said I'll have some of this and some of that, oh that looks good toss that in! Do I want protein for 3$ more, well of coarse I do! By the end I had a very healthy heaping salad. I was able to add bread for no extra charge. I had my own water bottle which I was able to refill. It felt good eating here and I could tell the ingredients were fresh and of good quality. The next time I'm feeling like a rabbit I will for sure chomp on some lettuces...
