McDonald's — Restaurant in Hillsboro

Once again another poor review. The manager with Green Hair was extremely rude and unhelpful and even told me it was broken. When I got to the window to receive my order I was met with the manager who still had a very rude tone. I saw another employee making a McFlurry and I asked why they told me the machine was broke but it was still working. The manager refused to answer my questions and just told me to park in a spot over and over and wouldn’t answer no matter how I asked. The employee that I saw making a McFlurry came out and profusely apologized for the managers behavior and gave me a McFlurry. When the manager came out with the food I asked what his name was and the employee that helped us and he once again refused to tell me and said he wouldn’t give out names. IT. GETS. EVEN. BETTER…. When I went to check my order I looked at my McChicken and it was given to me with no patty at all, just bread, lettuce, and mayo. I turned around and waited in a long line and told them they got it wrong which they fixed quickly with was nice. I was met at the window by the nice employee who told me his name was emmey (I might be spelling it wrong). I thanked him once again and he told me no problem. He is the one who should be in charge. No one should have to apologize for their manager and fix their problem yet emmey did in a very kind and professional manner. MCDonalds please stop hiring incompetent rude people and give recognition to the employees that actually care about their jobs. Once again,...

Over a 15 minute wait granted it was busy so not so much the issue. What was the issue was worst McDonald's I've ever been to. I don't frequent the establishment often as it's below average to start with. Was just super close to my work. I ordered a big Mac meal. The drink was a small not medium. Fries were ice cold and not drained so massive setting oil, asked for extra cheese and I'm sorry 5 slices is excessive and disgusting. Had to rebuild the burger myself and remove slices of greesy cheese. The burger was also cold and beyond the hourly hold time. I use to work at McDonald's in my earlier years. The crew seemed more into bullsh!+ing with each other than serving the extended drive thru line. I will not be returning to this establishment even tho it's incredibly close to my work. I also won't even call to complain as I feel mgmt should be more involved in busier hours. Yes I also use to be in mgmt. It's a shame. P.s. Zero napkins too. The photo of the burger is after I reassembled it. You can see the oil sitting on the fries. Such a disappointment. This is not the first bad experience. Last time a bag was tossed at me with someone else's order in it. When politely corrected them and trying to give it back they told me to keep it and gave me right order. That order wasn't bad. if i could give working here 0 stars i would, just the environment isn’t for me. the manager Brittany is not very professional for someone who is rude and always in a bad mood. I had to call out due to several emergencies while i did not have a phone so i came in person into the store and she just glared at me every-time i came in to tell her i can’t show up because i have no way to get to work or have someone watch my child on top of not having a phone, and basically told me it’s not her problem and i still have to show up.. and then walks away after i tell her without saying a word to me. and then getting yelled at on the phone by who i believe was her when i used my boyfriends phone to contact the store and even my boyfriend was so mad at how she was talking to me in person and on the phone. i just don’t think someone should have that much attitude towards there staff and they all just found out I was pregnant too so I had a lot going on and needed 4 days max off but she treated me bad for it and I was scared to go back because the way she talked to me on the phone made me think that’s going to be my environment from then on. i’m just saying i have many years of working fast food but have never dealt with someone...
