It's not the best bar in town but it's a pretty good one. They've got live music a lot, most of which is pretty good and some of it is even great. The prices are not great but not bad and the drinks are poured very adequately. You probably aren't going to get a light pour but don't expect to ever get a heavy one either. The bartenders make a decent mixed drink and are very friendly. The average guest here is also very friendly. This is a good place to go and meet some new friends or chat with old ones. But it is also a good place to just go and have a couple of drinks while you read a good book, just so long as there's no live music at the time you go for that. They don't serve any food here but there is complementary popcorn so there's something to munch on. And you're welcome to bring in food from somewhere else. Hillsborough BBQ right down the street will even hand deliver there if you walk over, order and pay up front. Overall a solid choice for a small bar in town.
