I'm a little bit speechless on what to say here about this incident I was observing a driver for one of the delivery teams and the way that they were talked to by the cashier to me my personal opinion was like she wasn't trained but as we got to the front 13 minutes later and we were the only car in line at first I see another manager in there with the chicken what not and it just goes to let me know that the system is that there's a glitch somewhere I'm assuming her attitude couldn't have to be so rude neither but there is a glitch in the system with these Uber orders and these doordashers and things like that if somebody orders food and you don't have every piece of that meat there should be a way that they can contact the customer and say hey I don't have this kind of chicken I don't have this in this list can I substitute this for you at no extra charge if you don't have something and you run out of it because you're making all these orders you cannot charge somebody and upcharge or nothing to replace that because it's your fault it's actually not even the business's fault it is the manager's fault for anything that is not there on that shift it should have been done you seen them orders come through there you know you need to drop more chicken or you know you need potato wedges or whatever the item maybe it is your job to do it because at night time I've worked here I worked with these businesses before you're somebody's taking plenty of something home every night to feed their family and I understand that and you know some places can afford that but right now this day and time that cashier and that manager in that back the manager never even have the audacity to get on the headphone or nothing she didn't greet us when we come to the window and apologize she just sit there looking about or just as clueless as the cashier and homegirl get that hair off your neck you had beautiful hair very beautiful hair but that hair does not need to be rolling all over your neck of your shoulders even if it is in a ponytail put it in a bun because of my food would have had any hair in it I'd come right back to that drive through whether I was open or not and I wouldn't have acted stupid or nothing like that but I don't let her know girlfriend I've been sitting here recording and watching you and your hair is flying all over this window cuz you just trying to get the crook out of your neck or whatever from standing still that's not my issue it is your job and if you don't like it I'm going to need you to resign no offense resign because you gladly don't like your job and you probably been in the same spot for like I don't know 4 or 5 hours straight I don't know but if you was tell them to say hey I really really need to take a breather a break or something go get you something to drink or buy or purchase you something to eat at your job but the discount or whatever you'll get there and y'all are working hard during this pandemic but don't let it stress you out because it's starting to show through the order box when somebody greets when somebody comes up to your...
Read moreThe service was not friendly at all. I am always very polite and friendly. I was extra friendly. Trying to get them to at least act like I existed. Thinking maybe they were having a bad day. But after receiving my change she left the window open. And judging by the conversations I overheard the staff having. That is the general attitude of the employees. They do not care about the customers or the job. I should have just canceled my order at that point and asked for my money back but I don't like to complain or cause problems. But when I got home I found out why you should follow your gut feeling. The food was horrible. It was old tasting. Cold. Very soggy and greasy. The Cole slaw tasted sour. And the mashed potatoes had powdery spots in them. Where they hadn't even mixed them up all the way when making them. How did they not notice that when scooping them into the individual bowls. They probably did but didn't care. I ate one piece of chicken against my better judgment and got sick out of both ends. I will never visit this location again. If you don't like your job people get a new one. But don't take it out on the customers. And especially don't make them sick just because you don't care. You could kill someone. Your dealing...
