Absolutely love this place! It’s a home away from home for sure! They’re all so friendly and welcoming, they treat you like family every time. Don’t even let me start on the food! I have never gone somewhere multiple times and the food was the same great quality. Whoever is back there cooking is really consistent with how delicious the food is. My husband and I love ordering out or coming in to eat. I have nothing but great things to say about JJs! It’s hard to find a place that cooks Puerto Rican food like your grandmother does, but JJs gets it every time! They give you large portions as well! And I’m a huge fan of piña colada & let me tell you they do it just like in PR! By the way, I always order the bistec encebollado (cubed steak) with white rice, kidney beans & tostones plus the sorullos with cheese! I always have enough for my lunch...

If you haven’t visited this place then you’re truly missing out. The food is amazing. The portions are very generous. The drinks (esp the blue margarita) are perfectly made. Do not waste your time and money visiting any other “Latin cuisine” establishment because this is the only authentic place you’ll find. The staff will treat you like family and you will not leave disappointed. If you’re looking to simply eat, Tuesday’s and Thursday’s are your best bet. If you don’t mind a wait and a crowd then go on a Friday or Saturday when they host Latin and Old School night. I called for delivery and it took 2 hours to be delivered! I called them to ask about my food (which I had payed $33 for a piece of meat and 3 pieces of yuka) the lady was rude to me and then they stopped picking up my phone calls. I had to call from a different phone number so they would pick up and tell me wth happened to my food. They said they don’t deliver they just make the food and its the delivery company’s fault. When the food finally arrived 2HOURS later it was cold, no silverware, nothing. The meat I ordered (churrasco) Literally tasted like they forgot it outside the refrigerator for 2 days! It was bad!!!! Everything tasted old, bad and cold! This is definitely the worst experience with food I ever had in Hinesville! No surprise why I never heard of this...
