I cannot speak about the service because I was not there. My husband surprised us tonight by ordering KFC in Hinesville Ga. He went inside the store, and they still didn't get the order right. They didn't include sauces, gravy for the mashed potatoes, napkins or even forks/sporks. I cannot call the people above management because my husband threw away the receipt without checking the order. Management should not hire people who do not want to work for their restaurants. Their work ethics goes down drastically, and makes customers angry. This is why I stopped going to the KFC in Garden City GA. The store there was just as bad. When we moved here, we thought we'd give the KFC in Hinesville a try but...their store is no better than the one in Garden City. If you hire workers who cannot get the order down properly, then don't hire them. We pay these establishments to get a night off of cooking. And they wonder why customers complain about their orders being wrong. Workers want to get hostile with customers, but it's their fault for getting the order wrong in the first place. I was a die hard fan of KFC my entire life, but no more will I order from their stores. I can understand mixing up orders when going through drive thru because you have to gather orders quickly, but in stores?! We always order from inside the store. Always. We will not eat at any KFC establishments ever again. I will give KFC a one star rating. I don't want to but I have to in order to post...
Read moreThe customer service was horrible first, when they handed my bag out the window. I noticed that the sauce for my food was all over the bag so I give it back to them. The containers were not closed the guy at the window changes the bag, but you would think they would make sure the containers were closed so they gave me another bag. I put it on my seat. I get home and again the containers were open. The sauce is everywhere in the bag and on my car seat Then I look biscuits are missing for the meal so I called. I go back get the biscuit and ask to speak to the manager. The manager was rude. Literally the worst manager that KFC could have she had an attitude she didn’t apologize. She just said oh well all make mistakes what do you want me to do. I said OK well, I would like some more sauce please because at this point, there’s no sauce in with my chicken tenders. She look at someone and said , give her some sauce and then proceeded to mumble stuff as she walked away from the window. I asked for corporate number. She said she doesn’t know it and that I should just google it. I asked for the store number and a receipt for my order. She told me she couldn’t reprint my receipt because it was so long ago. Mind you I was only there 15 minutes prior to that I would never go back to this KFC. I will drive to Savannah before I go to that KFC again she needs to be FIRED or you will have no customers left. Also, she wouldn’t give me her name and she wasn’t...
Read moreI was misled by the cashier regarding my order, and I find that unacceptable. I clearly asked her if my senior citizen discount had been applied, and she confidently assured me that it had. However, when I reviewed my receipt, the discount was glaringly absent.
Determined to resolve this, I returned to the drive-thru, where her co-worker informed me that the item I ordered was already subject to a special discount, making it ineligible for my senior citizen discount. However, the item I ordered was not on any special discount. He was not telling the truth.
I made it clear that I would escalate this issue to both the manager and corporate, as this kind of misinformation is simply intolerable. Eventually, the female cashier gave my senior citizen discount to her co-worker to pass on to me, but I was left feeling profoundly frustrated by the misleading information I received. It’s essential that this situation be addressed to prevent it from happening to others...
