I've read sooo many bad reviews about the Hinesville Ga location, but it's the only location near me and I really wanted Popeyes. So I get up to the front counter and wasn't greeted at all. Then I started telling Vicky what I wanted. She rudely interrupted me and said "I don't have any biscuits" I just thought that they weren't ready and started asking her if they just weren't ready. She AGAIN rudely interrupted me, raised her voice a little and with a very mad look on her face and said "I don't have any biscuits!" I should have walked out because of her bad attitude but I really wanted Popeyes. After finally ordering, I asked her for a napkin so I could wipe off the table that we were sitting at because EVERY table in that shithole was filthy along with trash all over the floors, sticky trays, sticky gross drink dispenser & no unsweet tea. She grabbed a wet towel that had been sitting in a bowl of nasty water and wiped off the table. Finally got my order and it was wrong so I had to deal with Vicky again. Yep, she still had a bad attitude and acted like I was inconveniencing her! Vicky must be the manager because she had on a different color shirt than everyone else. If that's the case, corporate really needs to send her to Manager classes so they can teach her how to greet customers, thank them for their order, how to get orders correct and be respectful to others without the BAD ATTITUDE! How many more bad reviews is it going to take to get rid of that whole crew at the Hinesville Ga location and bring in fresh new people?? Vicky will not stop me from getting my Popeyes, but she will stop me from going to the Hinesville Ga location!
One good thing, the chicken did taste good, and the guy that cooked it was very nice. So keep him, but get rid of everyone...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIāve eaten here a few times and to Popeyes standards, the food is good. The staff however, is not. To put it simply, theyāre rude and unprofessional. I understand the demands of working in fast food can be stressful. Itās not ok to be disrespectful and speak to customers any kind of way. I placed an online order, picked it up through the drive through and immediately saw that it was incorrect. After handing me my order, the staff walked away from the window. I sat for a minute before beeping my horn to get someonesās attention. The manager, who I could see standing on her phone, immediately turned to assist me with an attitude as if I was disturbing her. She came to the window and said āWhat?ā. I informed her that Iād received the wrong chicken and asked if I could get what I ordered. Her response āThatās what the ticket saidā. I repeated āThis is not what I orderedā. She then went back and forth with me repeating āThatās what was on the ticketā. At this point, I pulled my order up on my phone to show her. She closed the window, walked away and came back with my correct order and repeated āThis was not on the ticket. Nah, give me that backā pointing to the wrong chicken order that Iād received. She then rolled here eyes and closed the window. I wasnāt rude or disrespectful. I just asked for what Iād ordered and paid for. Popeyes is good and all but due to the staff, I wouldnāt recommend this place. Not that they care, but I...
