Highly disappointed. First and last time I’ll order from this restaurant. Placed an online order and the response showed estimated time order would be ready at 45 minutes. I arrived to pick up 50 minutes later, gave my name and told it was an online order and lady started looking confused, checking phone, speaking to her husband(I assume) then said she’ll bring out to me, I could wait outside in car. I could tell they obviously never received my order and had it not been I already paid online, I would have canceled. Instead of apologizing, offering a discount or some compensation, she just kept saying ‘We busy. So sorry. Holiday.’ After getting food and additional 45-1 hour later, was NOT worth a 20 minute wait, much less nearly 2 hours. I have never visited the restaurant, but as soon as I entered, my senses told me to leave due to the bad smell. I went ahead anyway, and order some food to go. As I was waiting for my food, I could hear someone in the back with a cough that sounded really bad, and so, I did not wait for my food and left. I think $20 is not too much of a price to pay to stay healthy. I wonder if there's people living there, because it smells like it. Not going back there is for sure. I cannot comment on their food. I ordered The special combo, Hunan Beef with fried rice and an egg roll thru Uber Eats. I added a pint of egg drop soup. Prior to the delivery I called the restaurant to request extra mushrooms. The food came piping got in less than 30 minutes. Very flavorfully and a large portion. Absolutely delicious. My Uber driver was the bomb!!!
