Wawa — Restaurant in Hinesville

Ordered hot chocolate and got coffee. First incident was about 3 weeks ago. I didn’t go back because I had went home and didn’t want to drive back.Tuesday morning ordered some chocolate before I left my house for curbside. I got there and went on app to let them know I was there and at the pump. I waited. I got gas. I waited and nothing. I go inside noone at the pick up spot by the register. So I located my chocolate and took it because they already had made me late for work and the person who is supposed to do curbside was nowhere to be found. The lady on the other side at the checkout register snaps at me telling me not to do that. Well if someone was actually doing their job, I wouldn’t have had to go get my own stuff. Pissed me off so early in the morning. Then on that same day during the night. I went in and ordered 2 hot chocolates. One for myself and one for my husband. Got coffee again and not just one but both. I don’t know what’s happening in that place with the employees. They may need more training because they...

This place needs to get their act together when it comes to ordering food. I’ve been to several Wawa’s and I’ve never seen a place so disorganized. You can count on something being wrong or missing. You can definitely count on having to stare at your order behind the counter while they’re selling cigarettes and lottery tickets to everybody under the sun. When there’s a short break and they can get your food for you, because you’ve been waiting and somebody could be walking up and they’ll make you wait longer just so they can get cigarettes and lottery tickets. I wouldn’t be standing there waiting to get my food with proof on my app that I have it if I didn’t order it. At least make an effort to do...

Trying to order a sub, got go through a 100 options on a computer screen just for trying to say no Tomato. No one greeted me, no one asked if I needed help. Needless to say that I just walked out and went somewhere else.

Also I checked out their Beer cooler, they don't have the best selection for this town! They will be out of beers before their next delivery! This store has the smallest walk-in, I have ever seen, why even put such a small walk-in? Don't know!?!? The only thing good is that since this store opened, it made my normal gas stop drop it's prices and now I get gas 10 cents cheaper than here! 😁
