Amado Santos BarberShop LLC. — Attraction in Hinesville

So after about a year and a half I have to fire this barbershop. The 1st reason is Booking appointments at a certain time is not adhered to, when you show up to your appointment time it’s guaranteed you will be waiting at least 20 minutes after you booked. The 2nd reason is on my last 3 visits Juan and another barber , can’t remember his name totally jacked up my hair , one barely cut anything off and it took him 45 mins , Juan left a whole bunch of patches in my head….. and I had to go to work like that , when I got home my wife said wtf… did he have an emergency and leave? That’s how bad it was, so on that day I had to pay for two haircuts, one that Juan messed up and the 2nd for someone to fix it. Needless to say they are indeed fired and I will never...

Juan has been cutting my hair since 2015. Since being back in the same location he still cuts my hair with no issue. His customer service goes beyond reach. I’ve never had to correct him on his fading and he utilizes all angles with his lights to ensure I’m faded right. To the person that said Juan left patches is definitely slandering his name. No barber in the establishment whether they cut the person or not would let a client leave with a messed up hair cut. I always refer people here. This is a one stop shop. My husband has been going here for while to see Juan and his excellent will definitely recommend but please don’t go see Leon !!!! He is rude and cuts hair all messed up he left 3 bald spots on my husband hair and wanted to blame it on him even after we showed the before pictures. Everyone there is nice and respectful, but LEON HE IS SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE. Trust me Juan is the men!!! On top of that he wanted to kick us out of the barbershop when I got rude right back!!!
