As a cheap breakfast diner-like experience this place would earn 5 stars. They are confused about their identity. It kind of wants to be an upscale dining experience that can charge outrageous prices, but the atmosphere falls far short. The food, while good, is far from the excellence I would expect for the prices you pay. $200 for brunch is insane at a place like this. $3/plate cake cutting fee? Give us the knife, we’ll cut the cake thank you. 20% gratuity in tiny print for a party of 5? Is this your first business? Restaurants typically impose gratuities on parties of 6+. Check your bill before handing over your credit card.

Words can not express how disappointing our food was. Lobster Bisque was lobster water stock. Bisque is supposed to be creamy and wonderful.Someone forgot the roux and cream. Steak Special. Steak was maybe 1/4 inch thick, grey with grill marks and tough as a shoe. Lobster Ravioli would have been ok if they were hot and they were undercooked ! They were cold and not from eating the soup first. Best thing was the children’s chicken fingers and fries..no condiments, chicken was under fried but better than rest of the food for $128.00 for take out. So depressing after working hard all week and not wanting to cook and trying a different restaurant, because your board with the others in the area…tried to give this place a chance…never again my husband is so pissed and he has no idea...

We passed through on a very long trip home . We were greeted very warmly even though we arrived 15 minutes before the end of the afternoon shift.

We did not feel rushed or pressured and were served so nicely by all the staff! The food was REALLY good!!!! Everything was tasty and nicely presented! I can't say enough about their fresh fries and lemonade!!!!

I so wish they were closer to home (we are a 6 hr drive away). Had they been closer we would definitely be regulars! Whether you live near, are on vacation or just driving through, Just Janice is DEFINITELY worth...
