Subway — Restaurant in Hobbs

This is absolutely the best Subway in Hobbs. The hours have fluctuated but is due to pandemic prevention measures. Subway gives customers several ways to make & receive orders such as the mobile app-- which links you to special discounts , customers can use a delivery agency such as delivery.com ( I believe ), the newest addition would be curbside pickup. they do offer inside dining as well. With the seating arrangements is a prompt for customers to turn over when finished indicating the table/booth needs to be sanitized-- I found this a brilliant idea. Refills are not permitted. The company does also strongly recommend masks upon entrance. The employees are generally good and well trained. The current manager is exceptional-- welcoming, fast service, and deservingly recognized...

I gave it 3 stars because although a lot of the times I go there the service is good only one employee makes it good. If he’s not there the service is poor. I went when there was a staff meeting and someone not in uniform went behind the counter to make one of my sandwiches. She did not wash her hands, wear a hairnet or have clean clothes. She looked like she’d been sweating and she had to throw out my sandwich because she got hair in it. When I went to fill my drink only water came out of the tea dispenser and when I asked about it the employee rolled her eyes before coming to help. I think I would have to come only when the male...

Went in the store to get something to eat. Looked at the sign and it says closed at 9 pm. They had a cart that says restrooms for customers only. The lady behind the counter had a customer and I asked if I could use the restroom and I would order when I came out. She said no I’m closing and this is at seven pm. I ordered my food tried to sit down and eat and she through a fit because I was gonna eat and she wanted to close. There is no sign that says closing early today.
