If I can give ZERO star, I would. The female manager could barely speak English and got an attitude. I ordered a large 1-topping pizza online for $7.99 for pickup and when I arrived at the store, I presented her with a $5 e-Gift card (issued by Corporate) with all the numbers and PIN. She didn't know how to accept it and started yelling at me and said I have to present the card. So, obviously she didn't understand what an e-Gift card was and she didn't know how to operate the payment terminal. Finally, she figured it out and I was left with a $3 balance. I said why $3. It should be $2.99. She said it's only a penny. I said I brought only the exact change. Then, when I tried to pay the remaining balance with a physical gift card, she hit the Credit Card button because it asked me to key in my billing zip code. I told her it's wrong and her bad attitude was, just key in the billing zip code. Of course it got declined!!! Then, she tried again and finally got it right. By the time we finished, I was so upset that I just grabbed my pizza and left. Didn't even look at her. This message is for the franchise owner... If you want your investment to be profitable, look at what kind of people you are hiring. There are so many negative reviews in this location. I have been patronizing this location since it opened, always pickup and at lunch time, so I didn't encounter all those late delivery issues. Read moreBecause the app so graciously asks me to review our local store.. here we go! 🙃 Iv had issues with this store where they refuse to fix their mistakes on pizzas if it was supposed to be half cheese and half toppings. I live like 7 minutes away from the store and they have tried to get me to return pizzas they have messed up but tonight takes the cake. If your stores supposed to be open till midnight then you employ a driver and insider till then. The person in the store claiming to be a manager refused to pass my number along to their GM who I have never been able to contact before so I don’t even think they exist. This so called manager could only repeat no delivery driver to me multiple times as his excuse for canceling a order that was placed within a proper window of time. Then when told to leave my message for upper management since he obviously didn’t staff himself right tonight he hung up on me. Not only do they have you wait on hold for 6ish minutes to just speak to a human why trying to get you to order online. When you order online your orders get canceled without reason. Read moreHad been about a year since another awful experience and figured we’d try them again. Ordered two pizzas, online tracking said it was ready for 41 minutes but we had t received it yet. We called and asked for an update and they said they’re waiting on a driver. We asked them to make the two pizzas again so they were fresh. She said don’t worry they’re sitting on the rack. I worked in service industry before and know that means they’re just sitting underneath a hot light, baking even more. She didn’t seem to understand that. We canceled the order and asked for a refund. Asked for her name just so we had some proof to fall back on and she hung up.
