Prima's Pizza & Pasta — Restaurant in Hockessin, Delaware

We ordered from here quite often, even though there have always been little problems. We would phone back to say what we were unhappy with to receive an “ I’m sorry “. For example, not receiving the discounts on specials night, no condiments that were requested, the incorrect item delivered to mention just a few. I find the food to be very inconsistent, it could be prepared well, burned or the most mushy pizza I ever ate, which I no longer order. But tonight was the last order.....cold greasy food, no condiments as requested, fried instead of raw onions and the incorrect potato chips delivered. Called to order a pizza and the man (not a kid) on the phone was very rude when I asked for extra cheese on the half mushroom, half pepperoni pizza. Evidently you need to say that in the beginning of the order (who knew) when he made it abundantly clear as he impatiently and sarcastically stated , "Wait a minute. I gotta go back!" I guess he forgot that I was doing HIM a favor by patronizing the establishment which employees him! If my son had not wanted a pizza, I would have hung up! Not only that, but the guy was RUDE when my husband and son picked up the pizza. While the pizza was good (the only reason for two stars), it will be a cold day in hel* before I go to Primas again. I spend my money in establishments who value their customers and appreciate...

I have not actually had any food here, but that's saying something. I was turned off by how dirty the place was. From even before I walked in. The entrance, to the floor being covered in trash and dirt. To the bathroom being filthy and half the amenities broken. I noticed the oil that they deep fry foods in was some of the oldest oil I have seen. (I've worked in the restaurant industry for years) I have seen many patrons order pizza and sandwiches ect. here, which are all very overpriced for the quality. The pizza sits out right on the front counter. And I noticed their prep station, which is located right across from the mens bathroom, had old food on the cutting boards, with dirty knives on it as well as the food station...
