Julio's Pizza — Restaurant in Hokes Bluff

Only giving this one star because I have to. We only got good pizza from here twice after that it went downhill from there.Besides the fact that when you walk in the entire building is filled with smoke daily, which is clear they have no ventilation system that actually works smoke literally pours out of the door, but aside from that the first time maybe even the second time we ordered the pizza was really good after that There was nothing but teenagers working at the Front desk gave us burnt pizza twice with a smile and promise to give us a free pizza because of this when we went to pick up the pizza they said that they could not honor that and made us pay full price for our pizza and added their own tip Without being given permission Or even asking… This is a very small building so being that it is always full of teenagers hanging out there’s never anywhere to sit or even wait for your pizza so you will have Wait in the car, but it’s probably best since there is no ventilation you walk out of there smelling like smoke you might get lucky and get a good pizza but definitely not guaranteed every time and you might wanna pay cash. Otherwise they charge your card for more than what they tell you If you’re not paying attention, they tipped themselves we simply just stopped ordering from here...

My family & I just had our first experience with Julio's Pizza & WE LOVED IT!! We got the bbq pizza & it was amazing. It was MUCH BETTER than any bbq pizza that I've had from a major chain like Pizza Hut or Dominoes. We also got a meatball hoagie & a steak hoagie. The meatball hoagie was the best meatball sandwich I've ever eaten. It is a million times better & in a different league compared to the meatball sub from subway. It's also much better than any other meatball sandwiches I've had from local Italian restaurants. The steak hoagie was also very good & one of the best I've ever had. I've had dozens of steak sandwiches from all kinds of restaurants from all over the south & this is definitely in the top 2 best steak sandwiches that I've ever eaten. Ordered Pizza for supper and had it delivered. Order was wrong. Called and they said they would replace it they had accidentally either made the wrong one or delivered the wrong one. An hour and ten minutes later I call back and they say O,we didn't know you wanted it delivered. We were waiting for you to pick it up. They magically couldn't see my first order was delivered but they knew exactly what my order was. Why would I want the first order delivered and then get out and pick up the one that was messed up.
