Fast-pleasant service, Suzy works inside the truck, she's a reserved-quiet person, highly likeable, her genuine friendly smiles when she handled me the cup was a positive-wonderful experience.
The food was hot, ordered Khai Kao Noodles $12, the broth of coconut-lime-curry filled the air, tender generous portion of chicken, crispy noodles on top, soft noodles on bottom, broth is thick and just the right texture; the entire serving portion is big for your bucks; ate a lot for lunch and still have a good portion of leftovers for dinner.
In all honesty, for the big portion of food $10-$12 is not pricey considered it's hot-fresh delicious authentic Thai dishes. Patrons pay the same in the valley whether indoor-outdoor restaurants and pizza chains, including the mall's food courts fast-foods. You get the real deal of fresh served meals at Suzy's food truck, just can't beat it. With cost of living, gas fuel spiked, grocery costs went up, Suzy's Thai food lunch-dinner is more than fair; not pricey.
Running a food truck business or serving mall foods at food court, including restaurants is a tough business. They pay a much higher sales tax bracket to the Utah State Tax Commission, than retailers/merchants sales tax. If you think you're paying too much for a delicious authentic meal $10-$12, think again if you're wearing their shoes.
They run your card on Square, quick-fast, easy does it.
Suzy and her husband are nice folks. Without question, will return and I will share with families/friends to try Suzy's Thai Food ! When I posted the Khai Kao Noodle pic images on my Instagram, to my surprise, many of my friends had already tried it and LOVED it!
Will return again and again.............Thank You !

Read moreMost of the food here is overpriced trash and junk food. There is a reason most of the trucks have not invested in physical locations. They would never make it as restaurants. The corn dog truck.. What a stupid idea. However, the best lobster roll in the nation, served by Freshie's, a lobster restaurant based in park city, flown in from Maine, "shore to door in 24" as they say, is served here on Friday nights, and the Freshie's truck is the only thing worth ordering from. They also have a bomb "mainiac salad" with awesome greens, blueberries, pecans and fresh local cheese topped with said fresh lobster that is to die for. If you are going to visit the food truck court, do yourself a favor and try the best lobster roll in the nation and the freshest lobster by far in Utah. I grew up in a small town in Maine, have family all over new England, and have had my share of dockside fresh lobsters and lobster rolls, and Freshie's absolutely obliterates their competition, seafood and otherwise, around the...
Read moreThis place gets food trucks here most nights during the summer. Test food trucks seem to just be expensive fast food. Comfort Bowl is the exception. It is quality food that keeps me coming back. The lobster roll at Freshies is not good. The bread is perfect and exactly what you'd get in Maine, however the lobster is not fresh, is claw meat not tail, and had almost no mayo and you need a magnifying glass to see any seasoning. Freshies seems to think salt isn't needed on a bug from the ocean. With my XL lobster roll it came with a side of potato chips. There were a grand total of 6 chips. The sandwich itself was not worth $6 let alone the $25 plus tip. The staff was discussing how much pot the smoked earlier that day. That may have had some impact on the way the sandwich was made. However nothing but claw meat that wasn't fresh left a lot to be desired. Skip this food truck and grab a hot dog at 7-11 down the street. Sadly the convenient store food is better...
