Very disappointed by the management of this store. There are kids working there, which is fine, but it seems they are always running out of ingredients in the middle of the day. It seems the manager of this store isn't capable of planning ahead to keep fresh ingredients stocked up on a regular basis. It would also be nice to be informed of ingredient shortages BEFORE I wait in line and BEFORE I learn of the shortage in the middle of building my sandwich. It's frustrating to wait a long time in line only to find out that the wait was a complete and utter waste of time. Last month this store has run out of olives on at least 2 occasions. I even thought of buying a big can of olives from Costco and donating it to the store so they won't run out again. Yesterday, in the process of building my sandwich I was informed that the store had run out of lettuce. Who wants a sandwich without lettuce? Again would have been nice to know in advance. This seems to be a chronic problem for this franchise. Now I guess I need to find another store. I am told that the owner of this store also owns the Subway in Olympus Hills shopping center so that is not an option either. The one on Highland Dr. sucks even worse (untrained staff, high turnover, poor management) Not sure what's happened to Subway in the last several years, but it seems customer service and quality has gone way down hill. Read moreI've been coming to this location a couple of times a month for a couple years now. It has been becoming increasingly frustrating. The purpose of Subway has always been to be able to build it the way you like it, but it's been harder to be able to do so. I order a protein bowl, and like to get less lettuce and more veggies. Lately when I come in, the employees have been very hesitant to give me the extra veggies (tomatoes, cucumber, and green peppers), stating that management only allows them to give the amount for a 6 inch sandwich. The amount of food I end up getting for the price is not worth it. It's not like I am asking for a handful of every veggie they have available. They have also been hesitant to cut the bacon for me, stating that management doesn't allow them to cut the meat anymore. I shouldn't have to cut the meat for my own salad.
It's like I have to pull teeth anymore, to have it my way. I don't encounter this problem with any of the other...
Read moreI don’t want to condemn all Subways here by any means. However, this location has some of the most apathetical, condescending employees Ive come across. Ill skip the whole part about ordering via their web site and get right to it. Roll in there about 35 min before closing and the young “go-getter” mopping the floor says “ Ive already broken down the prep station and everything is put away.” To which I inquire about the time…. His response, while not breaking stride mopping, is “i can get some if it back out if you really want me to. “ Id skip this location if...
