The Bagel Project — Restaurant in Holladay

We tried The Bagel Project after hearing great things about their Salt Lake location, but this was such a letdown. The spot itself is in an old strip mall and the vibes felt really off — honestly not sure why they chose this location.

The bagel I ordered was so dry and crusty that I almost choked because there was no softness to it at all. My husband got a breakfast sandwich and said the same thing — just dry and disappointing.

Came in and ordered a 4 bagels, there's two people working and there was someone behind me. He ordered a few bagels and got his, one of the employees just sat down for their lunch and I'm waiting for my bagels. I had a fantastic experience working with the owner, Robb, to design a catering order for a lunch with 45 people. Robb communicated with me to work within my budget while still making sure we got the foods we were most excited to have on the menu. Robb and Olivia even made a custom salad for my wife who loves eating artichoke hearts! We got a great value for the quality of the food and could not be more satisfied with the overall experience.
