Best Oven Baked Sandwiches — Restaurant in Holland Charter Township

The food was amazing! I ordered the Ruben (#5) and the New Leaf (#31) and both were very good. The Ruben is far better than many restaurants in the area to include some considered "higher quality".

The salad was a salad. One spectacular thing about the salad was watching the staff isolate individual leafs of spinach that were of poor quality. So they really do care about what you as the consumer is eating.

High quality and wonderful service. Please don't be rude during busier times. There's a bell for service; however, when you see the limited staff already working very hard the worst thing to do is actually ring the bell. That was a particularly rude and self entitled patron. These people deserve much more respect than what was received and I commend them for dealing with such rude clientele.

Overall friendliness, quality, and attention to the needs of the customer... by far better than what Holland has had...

My husband and I stopped in today (11/1). We are visiting from the east side of the state and were looking for a place for some lunch. I found this spot while searching Google maps and we are so glad we stopped in. We both got a 6" sub with a pickle spear on the side. Our sub sandwhiches were delicious, we both felt we should have probably gotten a 12" sub. The bread was light and complemented the toppings so well. They truly were fresh tasting and didn't weigh you down. The man who took our order was so kind and made our experience just that much better. We will be talking about this place for the foreseeable future and will make a point to stop in here whenever we are in town.

Don't sleep on this shop, stop in a try them. You will not be...

This place is awesome! The sandwich was absolutely delicious. I got the #7 and I would totally get it again. My wife and I placed a to-go order. She ordered her sandwich with no onions. As we were leaving the parking lot, the employee (I think the owner) Mickey chased us down and I rolled my window down and he said "I just realized I made your wife's sandwich with onions! Please let me make you a new sandwich. You can keep the one with onions" I told him don't even worry about it! No big deal we can pick the onions off!! He said "I wouldn't be able to sleep if I knew I made a sandwich wrong" Now THAT is customer service. He went to the end of the earth to make it right! (even though it wasn't that big of a deal.) I love supporting local businesses and I will definitely be back to this place!!...
