Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Holland

I have been a die hard Tim Hortons fan for years and I’ve been trying so hard to get my boyfriend on board with me for about a year… well this is the third location, third disappointing trip and honestly, this location takes the cake. We went through the drive thru, ordered an iced cappuccino and a chipotle chicken bacon wrap. We tried to order a number 9 and then we’re told the location is out of chips, but we can sub it out for a number of other options. The girl mentioned chili at the end and when we chose chili, we were told there was an up charge… even though it’s the restaurants fault they’re out of chips. Lastly, we attempted to order the 2 for $5 breakfast sandwiches to which we were told the restaurant was ALSO out of eggs. So we pay and receive our order and drive away just to realize instead of a number 9, we got a cup of chili and some ciabatta bread. No sandwich with the number 9 like there’s supposed to be and then the girl at the window also forgot the water that was ordered with the number 9. This was an awful experience at this location and we will not be back. Honestly, it’s really disheartening to try to get someone to enjoy something you and it’s a complete failure all...

I pulled up and gave my order. I’m lactose intolerant, so I asked for my order without cheese. I asked the man to repeat it back to me and confirm that he heard me say no cheese. He confirmed and repeated it back to me. I get to the window, and they’ve already somehow forgotten my order entirely. So I give it to him again, face to face. Not a huge deal, everyone makes mistakes. I again state I’d like it without cheese. I ask him to repeat and confirm no cheese. Great. I get my order, open the wrapper. First thing I see is a big ole slice of American cheese. 4x he was told no cheese. pay attention to detail, people. Or at the very least, just pay attention in general to even get my order the first time.

Edit to add: I went the day before with no issues other than there was so much avocado spread that when I went to get my sandwich out, the top piece of bread had slid off the sandwhich and there was avocado spread ALL over the bag. Same thing happened today. Presentation is a 0/10....

Went through car wash love the unlimited club i wash my truck almost every day on occasion even twice. Tim Horton's is ok all there baked goods and donuts are frozen. One thing I do have to say about the unlimited club if you do not have the funds in your account , you can't go through that day . They will try a couple more times. At whole time you can not go through "ok" but the next month on your anniversary date they will charge for the month, that you never got even one car wash. Plus the coming month. And guess what if it doesn't go through again you have to pay for next month you pay for 3 months. This supposed to be a month-by-month membership. Yes you can call and cancel , but I don't feel you should pay for months you...
