Carter and Bella were working up front and did an amazing job making my order exactly how I wanted. Best bread sticks I've had in years. Thank you both! 5 stars! Edited: 7-28-20 The girl working up front was new but very nice and tried her best, sadly I can see why so many of you have had bad experiences here. I can tell you confidently it is the management. The NEW girl on register was alone helping multiple customers while the older female manager (28-34ish) with longer straight hair in a ponytail was pacing around in the back and watching the girl on register (as best as I could see) and not helping on register to get orders served quickly, "bump and slide" used to be the motto taught at little Caesars. I was told 20 minutes on a pizza that I know takes 1 min to dress, 7 min to cook, 1 min to land (10-12 min is standard wait times excluding super slow workers) and when I returned in 20 minutes with one customer in front if me (limit 2 customers in the lobby) the manager tried telling me that I had to wait outside for my order, but obviously I had already paid and i have to go INSIDE to get my pizza since I had walked there. The manager really needs to work on her capabilities of running a tight and efficient shift as well as her customer service skills. When multiple customers came in for pickups they had the orders made on time but due to an inconsiderate manager, those shifts will routinely be sub par in wait times and service.
Side note on pizza quality: TOTAL SCORE =7 Since I ordered extra sauce it was made fresh and was hot Pizza was cut a little uneven Topping were good but with cheese spilling over in places Good bake on top, darker on bottom than the targeted Golden brown Crust wasn't cut through entirely but was close Dough was nice and thick, cooked well with no doughy spots Sauce was mixed well, no spicy chunks and not too watery Pepperoni placement was adequate
Overall I am happy with the pizza and would order again, I would recommend only ordering in advance as to not hassle with extensive wait times and to arrive on time or slightly earlier so your food doesn't wait in the hootbox too long and lose its...
Read moreWas told by a rude abrasive Manager at between 5:45-6:00pm that only 2 people are allowed in the store at a time. She glared at me and looked like she was going to physically throw me out. They have no less than 7 pieces of paper with information plastered on the door! Why don't they highlight that part of it? I know way more about infection control and isolation as I've been a nurse since 1979. Just outside there was a woman on her phone I assumed she was waiting for her order to bake. I went in with my mask on as per law and due to the fact that I have Asthma so I'm at high risk. I ended up putting the pop on the counter and told her,"I'm never coming here again!" To begin with I'm 60 years old so she should respect her elders. I called the.Corprate office to report this incident and went to the Little Caesars on North River. They had NO sign up with a two person limit! Their dining area was blocked off so it was the same size as the Cedar Village store. At least the ladies working at the North River store were nice to me. The other concern as there were 2 teenagers at the front of the counter together. To move more customers through they should have 1 family member go in and order for any additional family or friend they are with to expedite the orders and move customers through the line. I would give this manager zero stars if I could. Rude...
Read moreThis place has lost any standards of service or quality it might have had. Went in on a Saturday afternoon, no rush, there were 3 customers total the entire time we were there including us. We ordered very simply 2 reg pepperoni, 2 crazy pie pepperoni, and 2 cheese. Obviously we knew we would have a wait, to our surprise the only thing we had to wait on were the 2 cheese. Cool. The clerk proceeded to pull what I later realized were the 4 that were ready and placed them on the counter. I had assumed those were for another order and not just sitting there while we waited for the rest of our food, but I was wrong. 😑 We finally asked if those were ours… just sitting out… instead of ya know being kept warm… they were. It was an order for my sister otherwise like I was done, lol. While we waited, 4-5 employees loudly cursed and shared personal stories with each other next to the cooler they had propped open the whole time for no logical reason. The whole store is basically being run by children. The pizzas were obviously gross by the time we got them except for the cheese ones we waited a half hour for. At that point we just cut our losses and left, we would have demanded new ones but I didn’t wanna wait another hour for 4 more. Go ANYWHERE else. There’s a Speedway next door, go...
